(From boyfriend) Absolutely amazing food, comfort is an understatement—it’s a warm hug of food. Quite literally delivers in their efforts of vegan food. I am in no way a vegan but with food like this I can sit and indulge in the delight. If you’re a first time customer trying to figure out whether this place is worth your time, I can gladly say try their Philly Cheesesteak. I loved their burger but the taste of their Philly was quite the enjoyment. Will I come again? Absolutely, I’ll be a regular customer. With my low rating of their environment, I can say it was just naturally loud but what they lose in atmosphere they gain with service and food deliciousness. Enjoy!

Food 10/10. Customer service 11/10. You don’t get customer service like this anymore. I felt so welcome. They were so helpful. Offered to help us take a picture. The lady gave me a free lemonade because she heard me talking about it but didn’t buy it. The fries were nice and seasoned. The burger was good amd the shrimp tacos were really good and nice to have an option that’s not a burger. So happy I went and will go again. Thanks for being so nice!

It is no wonder why these folks have taken home some many awards for best vegan burger. The food from this place is out of this world and worth the drive! The lemonades, shrimp tacos, and burgers are something I now need weekly! We will be back regularly to try everything on this menu for sure!

The vegan food is exceptional! Hands down the BEST vegan hamburger and Philly Cheesesteak I have tasted! We ordered the krazy af burger and the Philly Cheesesteak. Both come with fries . The lemonade is delicious . We paid $50 for 2 people. It was worth it! This restaurant has won awards for their burgers! The seating is limited on the inside. The customer service is great. My French fries could have been fresher, but they were still delicious

The food definitely lived up to the hype. Only issue the website is not updated to reflect items that are not actually in store, however the website requires upfront payment. I had to switch to something else after being notified via telephone. I got something that was about $3 cheaper as my daughter settled for a burger as the nuggets weren’t available. Once I arrived to the restaurant I had to insist and inquire on how I’d get a refund/price difference as it was never mentioned, even after getting my food, drink etc. I felt this was odd especially since this was out of my control as I paid more due to an inventory/website issue. First I was told to go online to request the refund. I gave the young lady my phone in the front to explain to me how this is done since I placed my order through the actual establishment website and not a 3rd party. I gave my phone to the cashier who was not able to figure this procedure out either. I was told that it couldn’t be done through the register either. After further insisting I was then given the refund from cash in the register and my sauce that I had to mention a few times even though that was also paid for. I shouldn’t have had to inquire about balanced owed due nor even have to respond to a question of I wanted sauce that I clearly paid for online. The customer service that I received made me feel like I was bothering them instead of being a patron. The workers seemed to be more into their side conversations in the back rather than ensuring proper customer service etiquette. This was not the best first impression.

First time visiting Kraft Vegan, as I am trying out new vegan options in My diet. I will say that that the food was amazing and I really enjoyed the strawberry Lemonade drink there. Staff was amazing and Maureen was a delight and showed me the different options that they had. However, it was unbearable hot there and could not even finish my food because the heat was unbearable, and I was sweating over my food. I would visit a lot more but the heat was unbearable and a health violation. Hopefully, they will have AC the next time I visit.

I was recommended to come and try out this restaurant multiple times and I’m so glad i finally go the opportunity to try it ! ABSOLUTELY delicious. Vegan a vegan i loves the fact that the texture of the burger itself actually gave the impression of a real meaty burger . It was cooked to perfection , the perfect amount of Krazy sauce added and the size of the burger itself was a great portion. I decided to try out the “Krazy Klassic” and “Krazy Nuggets . The biggest itself gave me quite a shock as well due to me be very picky when it comes the taste of Beyond chicken protein . It’s safe to say the biggest as well passed the test ! Exceptional I’m super glad I came out and tried this establishment, the young lady who took my order as well was very sweet and super helpful s/o to her as well . I would highly recommend all my vegans to come out and try them out everything is plant based and made to perfection!

I am very happy that my wife and I had a chance to eat Kraft Vegan at the Vegan Block Party yesterday! We ordered the classic burger (which came with fries) and a flavored Lemonade both of which were yummy. We expect what they serve at their restaurant to be even better! The food is very good. Highlights: tacos, Krazy Karen Burger, chicken burger … hell, all the burgers. The Philly cheese steak is great. The fries aren’t my favorite.
