I went here to pick up an order for someone and the employee Big Dee greeted me with a big smile as soon as I walked through the door. He made me feel so welcomed. After I told him the name of the person that I was picking up the order for, he let me know the ETA and asked me if I would like a beverage while I wait. After I got my drink, he asked me if I had ever had one of their kolaches before and I told him that I hadn’t..so he asked if I would like to try one..now usually I’m skeptical about trying new things but he was so nice that I gave it a try. He gave me one of the Turkey, chipotle, garlic & Swiss kolaches and when I tell you it was so freaking scrumptious. It melted right in my mouth!!! After that I got the classic sausage plus cheese, ham plus cheese and bacon plus cheese kolacheeeee! Was definitely worth it! I definitely will be going back to this place! The workers there are so friendly & the food is great!! I highly recommend any and everyone to try this place!! I haven’t tried all of the locations yet, just the Airline location in Baton Rouge! They rock “)

We have eaten here multiple times and always enjoy the food. After a recent online order through an unnamed food delivery service we received one small item in the order that was below quality. After fruitless attempts to get any help through the food delivery service we instead called the location directly and were helped by Ryan. He was incredibly polite and helpful and talk to us about the issue to a successful conclusion. This is literally the only negative experience we’ve had with this place and it was such a minor thing and they were so quick to help and make it right that I can’t help but leave as glowing of a review as is possible. Go to this location eat their delicious food and enjoy their wonderful customer service.

man this store has some of the most friendly and welcoming staff I’ve encountered in a very long time. This morning I had an order I needed to pick up and I wasn’t in a very good mood due to situations going on in my life in the moment, but Upon entering the store the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and open arms that made me feel at home. The energy they gave is something you don’t usually see early in the mornings. they were extremely enthusiastic and entertaining, they also seemed to show real concern about there customers and how they are doing at the moment. These are some great employees who actually care about their jobs and the customers they serve. It feels good knowing a place like this exist! I’ll definitely be stopping by for more soon!!! Decent place. The kolaches were good but I thought they would be bigger. The steak and egg taco was good and I believe it was real eggs, not powdered eggs. Would probably need 5 kolaches for breakfast. People working were very nice and friendly. Have diet Dr Pepper in fountain. Will try them for lunch soon.
