This is excellent food but just be prepared for a different vibe- it’s more like a pop-up art exhibit than a restaurant. You won’t know what you’re getting till it arrives at the table and none of the dishes or ingredients will be described to you in any way (surprised and a bit dismayed by this; given we were at a nursery where many things may have been grown.) And don’t be in a rush- 40 minutes passed between the salad and the actual entrees, with no one checking in on us at any point during the wait. Because of that we didn’t stay for dessert but I’m sure it’s fine. Cash or Venmo only.

This is a gem. The quality of Olive Tyrell’s menu, food, présentation is so very very special. All local farmers fruit and veg. Knowlegable gardeners too ! Call ahead on the Wednesday week before. as there are very few spots available. Takeout possible but again call ahead. :)prix fixe for menu of the day ever so resonable.

Clean vegetarian lunch, simple menu, mostly grown on site in the organic gardens, prepared fresh for a small clientele of connoisseurs. Prices are a little on the high side, no credit cards. The staff is personable and friendly. Call before for opening times and take your time strolling through the “Plants of the Southwest” nurseries.
