The Kitchen at Commons Club is a contemporary American eatery with British Brasserie influences. A 24/7 gathering space, it serves breakfast through late night, so early birds and night owls are all welcome. The culinary and cocktail offerings have an international flare, but there are definite nods to our British roots (cheers!).

The Kitchen is inside of the Virgin hotel. We (party of 8) went there twice. Once around 3 am and once around 11 am. Both times the food was good and the staff was great. All of our orders were correct (which is hard with a larger party). The service was A+.

Super busy restaurant around 10am. I was in rush and after I served their timing was good. Regarding food quality I ordered Avocado toast & poached egg, it was nice but the issue was it was very salty!

Chill place, food was good. Chefs dished out food in a timely manner and food cooked properly. Waiter and waitresses were very helpful. The place was clean, and I love the apple juice (natural).

I dined at the Kitchen several times during my stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. My waitress Maria was friendly and attentive. However, the food was very lackluster. I tried the Cajun Fried Chicken sandwich. The chicken breast was so small that it was lost under the bun. The French fries were average at best. I also tried the green beans. They had flavor but weren’t great either. For the prices, I expected better.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. This was the only place open at 10:30 at Virgins. Chicken wings and chicken fingers were super spicy for no good reason. Overall food was pretty mediocre and pretty expensive even for Las Vegas standards.

We stayed at Virgin Hotels and came here for breakfast. I got the Texas brisket and eggs. I forgot to take photo of my wife’s dish: hash skillet.

The service was amazing however the food didn’t quite hit the mark. Came in and got the prime rib meal while I ordered a Turkey club and a bottle of champagne . The prime rib was EXTREMELY salty, wasn’t able to eat certain pieces. The club tasted just okay nothing special. I would have to try a different night because I am not currently impressed

Shout out Zach you were a great server and we won’t forget your name lol. Super friendly staff and the food was good for the price, we went the first time in the evening and the second time around noon and it actually wasn’t crazy busy, we didn’t feel like we waited forever. The mac and cheese was criminally good, you should definitely order it.
