The ribs were just fall off the bone delicious. Excellent texture and flavor. Love the way they cut the sausage in thin strips makes for an excellent sandwich. The brisket, the Turkey, The pulled Pork all very good. If you love mushrooms gotta try them. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. “Thanks Clay”… Keep it up sir.
