I’ve been enjoying the Kabob House food for 27 years! I used to live and work in Folsom and frequented this little gem. I since moved to Roseville so my visits are fewer so this is not glamorous but I highly recommend the restaurant, patio is charming! The BBQ sauce is amazing! I always buy a bottle when I visit! And today I grabbed a garlic chicken lunch to go in between appointments so pardon the car photo! They plate everything nicely in person!

I’ve eaten here several times but not in the last few years. I’ve always had a good experience, the atmosphere and service. In previous times, the food was outstanding. This time, the baba ganoush was wonderful, and so is the pita, the lamb kebabs were so tough as to be nearly inedible. The waiter had no idea how to pronounce the items on the menu, nor what some of them were, but that’s okay. The atmosphere of the outdoor patio with the grapevines overhead was lovely.

Dry as hell and overpriced. My families first time ordering here. I got 2 orders of beef kabob and 1 chicken kabob. I was a little surprised by the price. At $18 an entree I had high expectations. Meat was dry. Overcooked. Had no moisture aside from the sauce on it. Chicken in particular was lacking seasoning, you have to add salt just to swallow it, not kidding. In your entree you get rice, 2 skewers, salad, and a piece of bread. All that would be fine if the meat tasted good. Save your money, I don’t recommend this place. Disappointing experience.

Ordered our meal through a delivery app and was very disappointed after opening the Togo boxes. Didn’t even come with basmati rice, the lamb kabob was flavorless and dry. The garlic chicken looked like it was as precooked, bough frozen at the store, and microwaved before serving it to us. It also came with regular white rice..isn’t basmati rice the standard for these dishes. Very sub par for the price you pay for their food. Save you self the trouble and drive the extra few miles to Essy’s Kabob on Madison. They serve excellent food and customer service is top notch!

Had the ground lamb kabob dinner. Did NOT taste like lamb or much of anything. At the very least proper spices could have been added to make it semi decent. Very bland and too expensive for the quality. Greek salad could be a winner with decent lettuce. First time and won’t be going back. Service was lackluster.

First time here. Had a very enjoyable time. Read some reviews that complained that this isn’t authentic homemade Greek food. Well, get a clue, Sherlock. You’re not in Greece and you’re not is somebody’s home. At these (reasonable) prices you’re not going to be transported to a café in Corfu. The food was delicious, the decore pleasing and the experience Greek enough for me. Opa!

Eh. I dont get the 4.3 rating. It’s not even close to a 4. Over hyped. The dolmas were good. The rice was disappointing. Everything lacked salt.
