HIGHLY RECOMMEND this seafood restaurant if you enjoy great quality, tasting seafood and drinks at reasonable prices (based on the current market). This restaurant has held up even through CoVID era, and their quality has never seized. The waiters/waitresses are real thorough and polite. And of all the seafood places I’ve had been to from California to the south, this place is one of my top 3. Give it a shot but keep in mind there is a wait for a table because it’s THAT great!

After driving by this location a few times I decided to try it out. I walked in and was seated promptly. The server assisted me in selecting what turned out to be a fantastic meal. I ordered the daily special with 1/2 lb snow crab, 1/2 lb crawfish, 1/2 lb headless shrimp, plus corn on the cob and two potatoes with medium cajun seasoning. When I saw this large cooking bag of food heading my way, I thought I would have to take half of it home. That didn’t happen because I enjoyed every bite, but did not feel like I ate too much. Great service, food, and location. Will definitely return!

Wow. Best seafood I have had in a while counting my last two trips to Florida. Seasoning was something special. I got the Juicy that was a combination of garlic butter, lemon pepper and Cajun. Medium was hot but not too hot. Really very pleased with this place. Don’t forget to order the rum punch. My wife said it was fantastic.

Excellent seafood restaurant. This was my first visit to The Juicy Crab. I had the fried shrimp basket with onion rings. Everything was cooked perfectly and served hot. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. I did notice that tables being bussed were also being sanitized as well as the laminated menus. Prices are moderate and affordable. Excellent seafood at a good price. I will certainly go back.

I pray the real store manager sees this!!!! The food is good but because of their customer service I WILL NO LONGER BE GOING BACK HERE. My gf ordered online and they charged her card just for us to get there and be told that they canceled our order. All we wanted was the food, we came in a very nice, respectful manner just for the Chinese lady to be very rude! I asked for a store manager and she said she was “THE OWNER”. She told us that we lied and that the doordash was canceled, like what? We never even ordered doordash we ordered on the website. She bucked her hands at me & I am very offended.. these business need to realize that a lot of their service are “black people” and I am done donating my money here! Treat all people with respect!

Placed an order online & they ended up cancelling my order, but I was still charged. I went up there in a nice manner to let them know I had placed an order and had been charged. The lady who “claimed” to be the owner immediately got loud & told me I was lying even after showing her the text message and my bank statement. She wouldn’t give me a refund. HORRIBLE customer service! Will not be eating here ever again.

The food was good and the service was outstanding. We got cheese sticks to start and they were really tasty. It is not easy to get to the parking lot during busy traffic times. If you go to the hotel behind the restaurant there is a cut through.

Enjoyed a birthday dinner with my Mom on Saturday night and everything was so good! It was busy so there was a short wait but they called us when a table was ready and the waitress was wonderful. She didn’t write anything down but was fast and accurate and so pleasant! Our food was delish, too. I had crablegs and shrimp boil with juicy special combo seasoning, super yummy. My Mom can’t stop talking about the coconut shrimp and side salad she ordered. How fresh it was and flavorful, we will definitely be back. Great experience all around, thank you!

Juicy Seafood is one of my favorite restaurants for seafood. This was my first visit to the Pelham location, and it was great. The restaurant is clean and bright during lunch and the afternoon. It is tastefully decorated and and the staff is prompt, friendly, and attentive. The food is among the best I have had in Alabama. I enjoy the calamari, fried shrimp, and oysters. The dipping sauce served with the calamari is wonderful. I paired them with their fresh cole-slaw for a great crunch. Check out The Juicy Seafood whenever you’re near Pelham.
