My first time at the Juicy Crab! Ordered several different things. All was prepared perfectly. Fried just right, seasoned very nicely. Loved the Boom Boom sauce. Tough to conquer is calamari. I would order again. Staff friendly, helpful and courteous.

Absolutely amazing!! Delicious food and exceptional service! We placed a pretty large order for takeout on Father’s Day with only an hours notice, but everything was perfect! Thomas stayed on the phone with my husband, helping him place the order and making sure we got everything we needed at the best price. When I arrived to pick up the order everything was ready to go! Again, Thomas, took his time checking all the bags with me to make sure we had everything we needed. His patience was truly appreciated! I had about an hour drive home, but when I arrived the food was still hot and delicious. Everyone enjoyed it and went back for seconds and even thirds! We hardly had anything leftover! We will definitely be back and I’m certain we will be using Juicy Crab for catering another party soon!

An associate suggested I go to this restaurant to get my supper. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by Thomas. I had no idea what to order so he patiently, warmly showed me the menu and worked out what I was to order which was the (4) piece tilapia and onion rings. The wait was about 15 minutes and the price was very reasonable for the portion that you get. Got the food home and was a very pleasant food experience. Next time I will dine in with them. Thomas mentioned that they will start doing karaoke and yes there is a bar.

After taking my parents out for a doctor appointment we decided to eat at The Juicy Crab on West Broad. Our server was named Meme, being that this was my parents first time eating there. She made them feel very comfortable as well as catered to every need or concern they had. The food was absolutely good in so much we ordered another bag for the drive home. First and probably last time visiting this place. The cheese sticks were good but the chicken tenders and fries weren’t great. The fried fish basket was okay but nothing special. It was also overpriced. Hook and reel has much better food and is way worth the money.

Based on reviews from others, I was a little hesitant, but I tried this location for the first time and it was pretty decent. I would have given 4 stars but the customer service at the door, not so great. As we entered the door, both hostess just looked at us as if we were bothering them before one finally asked how many? No hello or how are you all doing.

Sadly, this was one of my favorite places to eat ALL the time. I’d pick this place over every other seafood restaurant around because of how amazing not only the food was but the service. Unfortunately, this is not the case anymore. When it was The Crab Hut, the recipe was completely different, BUT IN A GREAT WAY, as in everything tasted entirely different and was so much better. Not so much now, and it disappointing. Even the customer service changed. My daughter and her boyfriend went there for a date night and the was she was treated truly upset me, so much so that I called and I’m. It quite sure they understood much-less cared, or so that’s the impression I got. Sadly, we will not be returning.
