Aaliyah, She’s a Beautiful Humble Queen Her Service today She made us fill at home She Was very sweet very nice she’s very courageous she have great / professional services skills. Everytime she came to our table she made us Smile she kept a smile on her face. She was not pushy like most Servers in other restaurants She never Once Shown and attitude her personality will take her a long ways. Miss Aaliyah is a Awesome Worker . Ordered the family feast and it was very SALTY! I literally had to drink 3 bottles of water to wash the salt down. Not enough seafood in the bag for the price. Will not go back to this location. I have eaten at the International Dr. location and it actually tasted a lot better.

I came to eat here and everything from the food down to the service was amazing! At first I thought I was going to have a bad experience because as soon as I came in, as I was waiting for a table there was a family eating there and they were yelling at two of the employees because they didn’t want to pay the gratuity, I overheard them talking about trying to get discounts and tried to take advantage of the employees while they were trying to solve the issue very respectfully, Aaliyah and Suegeilly attended me and they were very nice and attentive, the food was really good as well, I had a seafood boil of snow crab, shrimp with the mild house sauce and corn, and it was delicious. I don’t understand how people can be so rude and disruptive to not only the employees but to the customers around them. I do recommend eating here, great food and great service! Definitely will be coming back to the juicy crab on kirkman rd.

Juicy crab… More like soggy crab.. The worst king crab experience I’ve ever had. The sides are good but all the food was overcooked and soggy and watery. I think they microwave the food… The oysters came out funky as hell. They said they can’t remove them from the bill. Most of the beer and wine are out of stock… This is Saturday night…. Empty… No wonder…

Went and had a nice dinner here with my son for his Bday . The food was a 3/5. What was weird to me, is the server (Hongli B) took it upon herself to include her tip on my receipt. I guess she assumed I wasn’t going to tip her for what ever reason. Little did she know, I actually planned on tipping her a little more than double but since she made the assumption, I hope the $11.70 was well enjoyed. I’ll just give the other 12bucks to the homeless guy outside in the parking. I will not return to this place because I don’t appreciate server who make assumptions about me base on race or color! We both know that is why you did what you did! I hope my people find some where else to eat and spend your money

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was given the incorrect order just to get stares from the owners as they walk by. Years in the business I know when someone is walking by just to stare at you for a mistake they made. Was given two lobster tails instead of one and they ask for my bag back to “correct” my bag. I was already eating one of them and most certainly touched both of them. I guarantee that lobster is going to end up in someone else’s bag given how empty the place is on a Friday night. Will never be returning.

Me and my family came to this location, we were the only ones in the restaurant. The time of service and customer service from the employee Aaliyah was horrible, my wife had to ask her three times for things. My food taste watered down, I’ve been in the restaurant business for years and never experienced nothing like this before. The other employee Sue really needs customer service training, will never come back to the kirkman location again. Juicy Crab will have the worst review and also beware of secret shoppers….

the food wasn’t fresh at all it was so nasty, it tasted like warmed up seafood it was HOT but wasn’t fresh. the sauce was okay very salty the spice level was perfect though i got extra hot and it was just that, just salty as heck
