It was my first time ever in the State of Louisiana. The store was clean and the employees were friendly and very attentive. They gave us some samples before we place an order. It was my first time trying Jambalaya and it was Delicious!!!!!

I ordered Tuesday’s special which was pork roast with rice and gravy and there were literally two sample sized pieces of meat on my plate. It was more like a rice and gravy plate with 2 sides. Literally no meat as you can see. I am not sure if this is the normal portion size or if they ran out of meat and just didn’t mind to ask me if I wanted something else instead . Their food is normally good.

I’m a french canadian trucker, it’s my first time visiting Louisiane and I always wanted to try the food of my distant relatives louisiana acadians but I wasn’t here long enough to visit an actual decent restaurant so I ordered from this restaurant with Uber Eat and god knows this food was disappointing, I’ve ordered combo#1 wich included a gumbo soup, jambalaya rice and so called crawfish pies(I’ve never had crawfish in my life)… The soup was so salty that I had to drink 2 bottles of water while trying to eat that soup wich I ended up throwing out of the window and the chicken on both jambalaya and soup was DRY and bland… Otherwise the jambalaya rice itself wasn’t bad nor fun to eat, same for the crawfish pies who just tasted like bad pork empanadas with a taste of crab.

The customer service here is phenomenal. A wonderful place to stop for a bite. Everything is very clean and comfortable.

The service was great but having driven 5hrs and thought why not..I shouldn’t! 2 pieces of sausage in the gumbo but more than enough oil, pastalaya for 2…they did not have enough for 2 and gave us jambalaya…I should have stuck with the gumbo and maybe the mud pie and banana pudding…oily noodles with chicken and salty as well as jambalaya was under-seasoned and really looked like the scrapings of the pot that they were emptying.

One of the best jambalaya in town and always kind and friendly service. Restaurants are very clean and kept up

I can’t say its the best jambalaya, a little bland for my liking but still a great lil spot. Ordered a jambalaya for 2 and I literally fed 4 people. I’d definitely go back!

We stopped for Starbucks and saw they were open and since we were looking for somewhere to eat, we decided to try them.

I didn’t even try the food…. I had never been there and wasn’t familiar with the menu…walked and the girl immediately asked me what i want… I get it, fast service, I understand the concept…. I told her, I don’t know yet, I need to browse the menu (on the board on the wall behind her). Then, it was a 2 minutes of awkward, her just staring at me while I’m trying to decide what I want…. I was trying to order for several people that weren’t with me, so it wasn’t a simple pick an item and order….

Really enjoyed the jambalaya and it was a big serving as well. The potato salad was on the mayo side with flavor and wasn’t my favorite. But the chocolate pudding was really good. And while eating we were asked how everything was and if they could get us anything. 10/10 recommend
