This review is more about the bar… I’m thrilled that after the long winter, this establishment is open. A fantastic restaurant with ample seating and staff, many areas to accommodate families, couples on dates, or groups, this establishment does a fine job with making each experience feel personal. As a cocktail connoisseur, I’m most delighted by the bar. The Coronarita was a pleasant surprise. It’s a well balanced margarita with a 7oz bottle of corona. This drink drew my attention when I was a bit skeptical of the menu, which could be improved by simply not calling everything on it a “martini.” The drinks and service are great though. With ideal lighting and a great selection of spirits, including some fine scotches, this bar actually feels like a bar for those who are looking for more than a family restaurant with a bar in it. The bartender (Caesar I think?) who has served me twice this week is friendly, professional & all around great while handling high volume. The host staff and servers are also welcoming. A good place to go to have a drink and strike up conversation with locals too

Never write reviews but had to share. We had a group of 11 this evening and they were very busy. I’d say the food took slightly longer than average to arrive but not terrible.

I give 5 stars for the food because the appetizer bread & olive oil was delicious like 5 stars restaurant. We ordered famous Molcajete, which some reviews here called “to die for.” This was practically spicy chicken breast in a thick tomato soup. It was not bad, but nothing to die for except a few shrimps in it.

This was another place we tried first time. It was ok. Some dishes were good but others like the fish and chips not so much. 3 people ordered the fish and chips tasted like it had been frozen at the cape? The chowder was not that great even though it was a little thicker. The staff was good and polite even with a busy crowd.

The food is some of the best food my wife and I have ever had anywhere. The place is a bit packed but I know why. Anyone who has been here is coming back. Service is excellent. Ask for Eduardo! I had the blackened Salmon and my wife had the Salmon Picata. Wow…and then topped it off with a gluten free lava cake. INCREDIBLE!!

Took 50 minutes for our food to come out. Only gave us a little bread after 20 minutes. Nice environment inside (outside is a deck in the parking lot), large menu on the slightly expensive side, food tasted good but lacked in portion size (see scallop photo, which is technically an entree like the others). Good margaritas. Also the “grilled vegetables” was just a single piece of tough, under-steamed broccoli.
