Before hitting the road home from our trip to Rhode Island we stopped in The Hungry Monkey for breakfast. While all of the food was delicious, if you are a peanut butter lover like me the Chimpanzee is definitely the way to go . The place was super cute and they have the nicest staff. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

Was looking forward to visiting this restaurant for over two weeks with family and it was well worth the wait. We ordered the Spicy Monkey, Spider Monkey, Southern Style Biscuits, and the Swiss Patty Melt which were all outstanding. Staff was friendly and attentive especially our server Mariana. Wish I had taken some photo’s but we all just dug in. Will definitely be back.

Overall a great restaurant that has great food and a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The serving sizes are pretty big so you definitely get your money’s worth. The service is great even with the restaurant being busy. Definitely worth a visit, but get there early as it usually stays pretty full.

We came in with out of town visitors on Christmas Eve day for brunch. The staff was pleasant & helpful. My eggs Benedict florentine were awful; the eggs were over-cooked, the sauce that tasted as if it came out of a jar was over salted

I had the opportunity to stop by this family owned eatery and walked into a packed morning crowd. The counter space wasn’t even available. My sister and I ended up sharing a table with the owner and had a great conversation. The poached eggs over corned beef hash and the omlette with corned beef hash were both delicious. Sis added a side of bacon very friendly staff and the food arrived quickly in spite of a very large crowd. Highly recommend…

This is a nice and comfortable spot for a family breakfast. The customer service was outstanding, and each waitress/waiter was very tentative to keep my coffee cup full and hot (along with my guest). There was no wait time for my group for a seat (despite the morning rush). But witnessing how long other groups waited, I feel that the food is not worth the wait.
