My wife and I were going out for supper on a Friday evening and found The Hub by accident. We chose to eat outside because of the nice weather, however, the inside dining atmosphere seems to be rather nice.

Quant atmosphere, secret Speak Easy in the lower level! Food is fantastic, staff just as great. Diamond in the rough, not very busy but should be! Definitely recommend.

The Hub hands down has the best food in Lake Mills! (& has very fair prices) The dude who thinks it’s pretentious & overpriced should continue to patronize Timber Creek & Doyles Dogs since that seems to be more his speed, he obviously doesn’t know quality or fine dining!

We visited ‘The Hub’ for dinner this evening for the first time, and I was immensely impressed. There were two of us, and we opted for the specials; Pan fried walleye with pasta and alfredo, and lobster stuffed salmon. Both meals were incredible, and the service was excellent. Great atmosphere, delicious food, excellent drinks, and decent prices! We will definitely return!

We stopped here for coffee and dessert tonight as we were just driving through Lake Mills, and couldn’t have been happier to discover this wonderful place! Sitting on the nice patio in back in the early summer evening with the white lights overhead, and with excellent coffee and a slice of delectable lime cheesecake between us, we knew we found a place we need to come back to! Friendly service and an impressive menu – looking forward to trying out dinner here sometime soon!

Happy to revisit my review after The Hub reopened as a coffee shop recently. Great setup in a lovely Victorian house. Very thankful to have a coffee shop around the square in Lake Mills. Looking forward to coming back to check out the speakeasy!

Great food (all made from scratch) Wonderful Cocktails (they use only top shelf small batch liquors) and local craft beers! Staff does a good job and everyone from servers to kitchen staff wear masks. This is one place you can be assured they comply with Covid 19 safety measures!
