This is one of my favorite restaurant experiences EVER. It starts with Miss May who is absolutely charming and sweet. She is 84 years young and serves and cooks. The coleslaw was the best I have ever tasted. The whole meal was perfect. The sauces were all homemade and unique. I would buy all of them if I was not flying. I am so happy to have been able to find and experience this place.

This is authentic southern BBQ, skip the chain restaurants in the area. Nice sized portions and fantastic prices. Very homey and comfortable atmosphere. I have been looking for a local restaurant like this everytime I visit and I definitely will be returning. The staff and regulars made us all feel like they have known us for years. 5 stars plus.

Surprised to find out the tea room had been converted to a BBQ restaurant – but so glad when we got our food. It was delicious. And the service was awesome. Great old historical house full of character and charm. I will be going back. The Pulled Pork Egg Rolls are Yummy! Ran into some old friends that we had not seen in years.

This is a small home town hidden jewel! If you’re looking for true home made from scratch food. They do a great bbq and everything else they cook is fantastic. Great place for a quiet conversation and to bring the family. They are old fashion and everything about this place scream its great! Daniel and Samantha are sure to take care of you.
