Management lacks professionalism. Interactions with the owners spouse have always been dismissive and rude. I tried the chicken salad.. absolutely repulsive. Zero flavor and the texture was just off. Their Diet Pepsi was flat and there’s mold growing on their soda fountain. Please don’t bring your family here. Thanks.

I order from this location quite often as does the company I work for. Trying to get a hold of the owner to express my issue has been impossible since he’s never there and doesn’t seem to have a schedule. What a way to avoid accountability. According to his workers there’s no one in charge to speak to. I’m left to do this instead which is complain about an order placed that was completely wrong. I was even given a sandwich made with two end pieces of bread, that felt like an insult. I planned on purchasing a ham and sides for thanksgiving but can’t see doing so without my concerns being addressed. Can’t say I expect any action from this since it seems purposeful to not have anyone available to receive complaints.

The food is good, but they messed up our PREORDERED & PREPAID Thanksgiving dinner. When we went to pick up our dinner, only 2 of the 4 sides we had paid for were available. We didn’t get the candied apples, but even worse, no sweet potato souffle on Thanksgiving. They replaced our with a cake and a “side” of gravy. (We didn’t order any potatoes. ) Even though I was very disappointed, I tried to give them grace, because anyone can make a mistake. Everyone in the long line was upset, and some were yelling, and I didn’t want to add to their misery.

We ordered two weeks in advance for Thanksgiving this year as we wouldn’t be needed a huge meal (only four in our immediate household). We confirmed that our sides and turkey would be available for pickup the day before Thanksgiving. Upon arrival today, Wednesday 11/25/20 they told my husband that “we gave all of our sides away to walk-ins” and refused to offer the remaining sides and portion of turkey as complimentary. There were no apologies made and now we SOL on Thanksgiving. Thanks HBH Co.
