I placed an order for an already prepared entree yet when I get there I was told that something was wrong with their system and they weren’t getting orders. If you have a system that accepts orders, shouldn’t you be checking the system every morning when you open and periodically throughout the day? So, I had to sit and wait about 15 minutes for my food to be prepared, but the food was excellent.

Ordered on line Saturday for a pick up of turkey and ham. Paid on line and scheduled for pick up today. Went in with scan from email to pay. It was a free for all. There was no preference for prepaid pick ups. They did not have my ham size so I had to wait until it was cut in the back! The glaze is like a rock and fell off the ham immediately after opening. I have ordered for over 40 years and have never seen such shoddy ham.

Ham so GOOD it’s SINFUL! The Manger & staff took good care of us. They recommended the honey mustard….AWESOME! We get a ham nearly every time we’re in Jackson. Get there early before any holiday. Went in tonight. This is the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. There was a long, long line, but they had lots of employees and they were moving people in and out fast. I gave 4 stars because one of the cashiers had really long, really dirty fingernails.
