Came in to get my ham for Easter. Spent $139.80. I gave Margaret 2 $50 gift cards and $50 in cash. She took the card and cash and gave me back $10.20 credit on my gift card. I said I gave you cash for the extra. She said well you didn’t tell me that. I am beyond mad at her attitude. She would not correct and do the transaction right.

I came in the Monday before Thanksgiving and there was a line out the door. Unfortunately, the computer system also crashed. The ladies working so quickly adapted and calmed the customers. They were so hospitable while thinking on their feet in a clearly stressful situation. I was very impressed!!

For special occasions and when you’re trying to impress someone, Honey Baked Ham provides incredible ham and smoked turkey. It is convenient and I’ve never had a bad experience regarding customer service. If you live within an hour of Benton‘s, their “smoked” ham and bacon are phenomenal. Either way, you’re guaranteed to have an exceptional meal.

The ham was good but a employee teased my daughter for wearing a “Dino Mask” and being associated with furries. The employee was saying “You will never make it in to college looking like that!” The employee was female and I forgot what color hair she had but she looked about 15 to 18 years old.

Had a small issue with a ham I ordered and the Alcoa location went above and beyond to make it right. I filled out a survey with my very minor complaint and they contacted me immediately. Their customer service was amazing, and the store itself was spotless and smelled delicious. Kelli was fantastic. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

Such kind and helpful customer service! I decided to try their sandwich combo, they recommended the Tavern Club and I was pleasantly surprised. It was flavorful and BIG and the the bread was fresh and soft. I ordered a half lb of smoked turkey which is also flavorful and balanced. Everything, even the broccoli slaw, was savory. I’ll be back.

I would like to give this Honeybaked Ham store a 5-star review for their food, but their oversight on a catering order is a serious issue!. Our company ordered 50 boxed lunches on their website for a conference we were hosting for a national organization 2 days in advance. We paid in full for the order and received an email confirmation for the order. We even telephoned the local store to make certain they had the order. On the day of the event, they didn’t show up during the timeframe we were given so we called the store and was told no one knew anything about it! After double-checking their computer again, they found the order. The manager apologized several times and rushed the 50 lunch boxes to us. They were 1 hour late and the our guests had to stand around and just wait. It was an embarrassing situation and made us look very unprepared & disorganized. In the end, the manager offer us 50% credit for the mix up. Great food, but please call the store the day of your event to make sure they have your order so you don’t end up in a bad situation.
