Wow. Don’t bother trying to make a phone order at this location. Gentleman and lady working on 5/16 @242 CST at this store have completely ruined honey baked ham for me and my family. Don’t bother going into this location if you value you money, never know when it’ll be you.

Our Honey Bake Ham in Irongate Village, Murfreesboro is wonderful and superior. The staff is friendly, kind, very patient with customers, and efficient. The food is always delicious and never disappoints. They do everything possible to please their customers especially during the busy, chaotic holidays. Would give them 10 stars if possible.

The honey baked ham company has advertising for lunch plastered across the front of the store. Has a lunch menu plastered all over the inside of the store. 3 useless kids working inside, won’t make sandwiches again until after Christmas. Just 3 useless kids standing around with their thumbs of their rear ends. Big fat thumbs down for this joke of a location. Negative stars. Management should be replaced, employees should be replaced, and frankly this location should be shut down and replaced for a business willing to service its customer base.

Was way quicker then it has been in the past for a holiday and they still had options for people that didn’t order in advance. I say absolutely still worth it even the price seeming high. If you do the math it still equates to a great value

I called and asked if they sold local honey, like put local honey on the ham because I’m having some allergies this season, I felt I was rushed off the phone for my question so I apologized. Maybe bad timing, maybe with a customer idk, but I was put off. I bet the food is awesome and I’ll swing by maybe, but adding local honey to the recipe, not sure if I was insulting the company. It wasn’t my intention at all . Hope y’all do military discount

In 19 years of being able to walk in the store to purchase boneless ham and Turkey I have never experienced not being able to purchase as a walk in. Honey baked ham should be ashamed doing this. Everything should NOT be online orders. It’s ridiculous!!! Both options should be available to customers. This was the Murfreesboro’s TN location.

I stop here often to pick up a quick bite to eat. They always seem to have the freshest toppings and meats for their sandwhiches and salads. The employees have always been super nice, extremely quick and knowledgeable with any questions I’ve had. They also have the BEST spiral hams, which our family usually gets every year at Christmas and Easter. Deserves more than 5 stars, if you ask me!
