Wow —amazing customer service here. We ordered a ham online and picked it up. Bright and clean store and our ham was superb today at a family gathering. I mentioned at pick up that I had trouble with the coupon code online and they honored it despite the fact it was my error not the site. Definitely happy we chose this as our go to store. I love HBH. I don’t eat pork much anymore but the smoked turkey is deish. Clerk was pleasant, helpful & accommodating. I asked for something that wasn’t readily available & they offered to make it. They ship which is nice for gifts & travel. Always a good plan to have HBH.

I stopped by to redeem my gift card and pick up a half ham. I’ve been eating Honey Baked Hams since the early 90’s. They are my all-time favorite. There are exceptional. This store offers Hams, Turkey and serve lunch sandwiches and soup. There are a selection of sauces as well. They are conveniently located on Tamiami Trail and visible from the street. Great place to get Honey Baked meals. Parking is a little tight. Order online and Pre pay so you don’t have to wait in the regular line at the store. Prepay goes to a separate line and Is much faster .

Stopped in unexpectedly to get the makings for a luncheon I was having the same day. The 2 employees were very courteous, and helpful, and I left about 15 mins later with 14 yummy sandwiches & the fixings. The luncheon turned out great & the sandwuches were a big hit!! Connie delivered! Put us in the holiday spirit of thanksgiving. Helped us put together a great feast with far more than we intended to buy but her enthusiasm was hard to resist. She even suggested for us to ask for her so she could meet us when we came in and then made us feel like family.

Really unhappy with this location. Forgot my certificate back home in Denver. Called these guys to ask if they could just scan the barcode from my phone or a printout of a photo of it. They refused and suggested that I have the certificate shipped overnight….which likely costs more than the ham itself. Went to the other location near Bradenton and they were happy to help.
