I went in for my first time to order for several teachers during teacher appreciation week and I wasn’t greeted upon entering the establishment. Also encountered 2 rude employees who thought it was ok to mock me instead of help me with the correct sandwich selection through the ordering process. They whispered amongst each other all while preparing the food about what I assume to me ME! This was my first and LAST time visiting this establishment!!!!

The most rude lady I have ever dealt with in fast food works here. My first time ever visiting this store and I have here asking me if I can read when I had a question about the list. Very aggressive unprofessional and snappy. When I said I wasn’t coming back, she said that this is just the way she talks. Management didn’t even say anything in response when I brought it up. Honey Baked Ham, you guys probably don’t even realize how much business from other customers (not returning) because of this woman. She is an African American woman probably in her 40s or 50s. Love the food, HATE the service.

I made a visit to the Albany Ga store today, never again! The person behind the counter preparing the sandwich is the rudest person I’ve encountered in a while, I informed her of her rudeness and her reply is “that’s the way I talk” hmm is that an excuse, perhaps a customer service class. I spoke with the manager and he smiled and said yes she is kind of curt but that’s just her. Wow so rude is the new norm. To be clear, the manager offered several times to have my meal prepared for free. I had the ability to pay for the order, and I’m sure this matter stopped right there because management knows she is rude which tells me she has been reported before, but I don’t have to pay for rude, I can get that for free!

The chicken salad on croissant with provolone is AMAZING. Went to chicken salad chick the day before and was heartbroken because it didn’t taste like my honey baked ham’s chicken salad.

Today, (3/9/22 – around 12:15) I filled out my form and set it on the counter. I never know where exactly to set it so I place it beside whatever is already there. Apparently today it was placed on part of the one being worked on. I do not work there. There is no way for me to know what you are doing behind the counter and how you fill orders.

Today was my first visit in years, and now I remember why. The staff is awful. I faxed in an order for myself and 2 coworkers. Faxed in the order at 11:45 am, and let them know that I’d be there around 12:30 PM to pick it up. I arrive at 12:25 PM and stand in line for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledges me. The young girl at the front counter asks me if I called in an order and I tell her that I faxed in my order. She looks at the 2 bags in front of her and tells me they are not mine. Okay, I stand in line for another five minutes. Finally, I have to stop them and ask if they even received my order. The young girl asks the other young girl up front and they tell me that they don’t have my order because they’d “remember the names that were on there.” I let them know that I faxed it in 45 minutes prior and all they did was tell me to fill out a slip at the counter. So, I have to call my coworkers and have them tell me what they ordered so that I can fill out a slip. While they were making the orders I asked if I could go ahead and pay for the meals because I was already 20 minutes late going back to work. She lets me pay for one, and then individually waits for the other orders to be made before I can pay for them. The customer service was AWFUL. When I got back to work I looked at my fax confirmation to verify that I had sent it to the correct fax number, and sure enough I did. They took no responsibility for their error. Will not be back. Sandwich was good, pasta salad was terrible. Not a good experience all around.

Every year we pre order food for Christmas or Thanksgiving. This Christmas, I was amazed at how organized they were with the amount of pre-orders they had. I was in and out within 5 minutes with my proper food order. It was super easy to order online and really hassle-free picking up my food. Every employee there is always so cheerful even though they are super busy. Of course we loved the food!
