Tried to order a sandwich at 12:50 and was told they aren’t serving sandwiches anymore because they are busy with orders but I could get a pre-made ham or turkey sandwich tomorrow for lunch. If they aren’t going to serve lunch they shouldn’t have it on line. The girl on the phone was pleasant, she was only following orders. This was going to be my first visit to this location but now I won’t give them a chance… what a shame that a brand like Honey baked hams can’t figure out how to serve its customers. Disappointing!!!

We ordered the VIP buffet luncheon for 15 people. Everything from the initial phone call to the delivery was top notch!!! The food was amazing!!! They brought everything needed for a perfect on time staff luncheon. Chris (Manager) was great. We definitely will be ordering again!

I purchase a pound of roasted turkey, when I got home the date to use it by was in four days, why would you sell someone something that need to be use in four days. Call and the girl said I will have my manager to call you. No call yet from the manager. I will never visit this place again. Terrible Customer Service.

Went to Honey Baked Ham today for lunch thinking I was going to get to try a good ham sandwich that I keep hearing about.. So the little girl that works there tell me no they don’t sell lunch or sandwiches. Clearly the sign on the window says they have lunch and Sandwiches… I just walked out…

We ordered Thanksgiving dinner 2 weeks ahead of time. On the day before Thanksgiving, we got an email that our order was ready. My husband went to the store to pick it up, stood in line for 45 minutes only to be told that 2 of our sides were not available. WHAT? Isn’t that why people order ahead of time? And why did the email that they sent just an hour earlier not say these items were not available?! VERY unhappy and sadly will not be purchasing anything from them again. Did I mention I have sent them 4 emails an have gotten NO response! Just unacceptable.

Had a bad experience today.. card machine wasn’t working so I gladly told him I would go get cash back somewhere to pay- ended up just having to go to the bank. Finally get back to a pretty long line- Instead of just letting me pay for me food that’s now been ready for 30+ minutes I waited in this line to get my food that was sitting on the counter from when I left… Just felt like the manager didn’t handle this with grace. I did what I needed to do I just feel like that could have been at least repaid by not waiting in a line of people. I live 7 minutes away- total experience time was 1 hour.
