Came here on Thursday 7/20/23 for a honeybaked sandwich. I’ve never been as unsatisfied or disappointed with this place than I was yesterday. First thing, the ice was so dirty there were black particles floating in my drink so I had to instead just simply pour a drink from the fountain without ice, leaving my beverage flat. Second thing was, as I was biting into my sandwich, I not only bit into one, but two toothpicks that were LAYING flat in the sandwich. Not standing up how they’re supposed to be… but literally laying flat in the sandwich. My sandwich also did not taste near as fresh or hot as I know they normally come and I ate it as soon as it was served to me. I don’t know what happened to this place but they need to fix it quick.

Been a while since I had ate here. Updated store. Service was fast. Lunch options were good and not to bad on cost. Awesome take home options ready to heat and eat. Took home those for easter dinner. So simple, and easy to to get. I will be back.

The ham was delicious. The whole store had been switched around & was a little confusing. The clerk didn’t open the wrapper to show me the ham like they used to. The price of the ham was outrageous – almost $8.80lb.

Do not trust these people to have what they say they will! First time I ask for ham sliders they said they didn’t have sauce for them. This time I called to order three days in advance and was told there was no need to reserve order for sliders. I ask again will you for sure have them Sat.? Yes for sure. Sat came went to store, no sliders. Sorry didn’t come, bla, bla, bla. But, I called and was assured! Sorry don’t have. Offered stuff to buy to make them. NO! I said I can get he items cheaper at the grocery. Do not trust this business. Are not truthful! Very disappointed with Store, staff and business. I will not shop at the dishonest place again. Hope it goes out of business didn’t have any customers when I was there.
