This Honey Ham location was so exceptional! There was an error in the computer system that couldn’t find my order, so the team quickly problem solved and got my order together. They gave me complimentary chocolate muffins for the inconvenience. To top it if I got white glove service when they saw that I had a baby and my order was quite large, they helped me carry the bags to my car! Absolutely amazing, the bone in ham is exceptional, the flavors are savory and sweet. I love how you eat it cold. I don’t care for the frozen side’s, I’ve tried the potatoes, macaroni, beans and rolls and they aren’t my favorite. I would rather make my own sides. The muffins are incredibly delicious and addicting.

The first lady who helped us was so rude! I asked the cashier her name and she told my but I forgot. I hope she was just in a bad mood because hashed has zero customer service skills! I wasn’t going to spend a dime with her. In fact, I stalled until someone else came to help. The young man who actually helped us was awesome. He was patient and took his time to find the perfect ham for us. If I could have just tipped him only, I would have. I got the ham, which was good and chicken salad. I used to love the chicken salad when it had grapes. It now has cranberries and I couldn’t eat it. It wails be cool if they had both versions. That had nothing to do with their 2 star review. He customer service did. The young man is the only reason there was any stars.

I love this location- except how obnoxiously loud “Nae” is. She talks to the employees so unprofessional as well as the customers. We are not your “yo girl” friends- we are hungry families in the community. I’ve seen a tremendous decline in the professionalism at this location.

I placed my small Christmas order on December 14. I have been so excited to order a HoneyBaked ham as my sister in law has always recommended it for any gathering. I arrived today, December 23 to pick up my order and everything was off! I reached the counter and mentioned to the young man that I had a pickup order. He asked what was the order, I mentioned, would you like my confirmation number. It was a complete madhouse. Once he asked for my last name, he went to get my order. He came back and stated they were out of the sweet potato casserole. I was semi shocked as I placed this order over a week ago, but the crazy thing was a guy came out of the back with the sweet potato casserole and gave it to another customer. The pure look of disappointment on my face as I was not offered a sorry or how could we make this better. As we made it to the register to pay, it just go weird. My husband mentioned was he able to get his military discount, the associate rudely was trying to explain the price of the ham and all when we only asked if we were allowed to use our military discount or did the company offer it. The entire experience just put a bad taste in my mouth.

The Cobb salad I got was decent not bad. However, the service could be better. I stood in line for so long not knowing the person in front of me was a worker there talking to his colleagues that were behind the counter. They could have easily attended to me first. Also, it wasn’t busy at all for the confusion on who would make a salad or take my order. I was not pleased with the service at all. Seemed disorganized. The person that made my salad was friendly at least!
