This is my favorite place to get delicious Indian cuisine. We have been to all the ones in surrounding areas and Himalayan Chimney has the best food, excellent variety of choices, the food is always consistent and SO good. Service was good, the dining area is clean and aesthetically modern and appealing. The only recommendation I have is for the bathrooms to be cleaned and maintained. Not being able to properly wash hands is a problem. It was by far one of the grossest, bathrooms I have been in. Toilet areas were very unclean, toilet paper sitting on back of toilet. Sink was missing the knob to turn on the water, only one industrial size hand soap sitting on one of the sinks with no lid or pump that was also spilled all over the sink. It would also be nice to have hand towels. Aside from the restrooms everything else about this place and all the food is 5 stars with great flavor.

the atmosphere was well kept and very calming, not messy at all. When we went, its wasnt busy either. So their service was fast. And most of all, the food was beyond SPECTACULAR. it all felt pure and fresh. I had ordered a Dal Himalayan and garlic naan, truly delicious. as my first time ever having indian food, i would 100% come back and would totally recommend to others.

This place is a gem of a restaurant downtown. It’s so much better to eat in person than takeout here. I’d recommend any curries with garlic naan. Lamb vindaloo, if you can handle the spice, is also one of my favorites. The place is great for large groups and small groups as well. The bathrooms are dirty and dark, but that’s the only negative thing.

Wonderful food with nice atmosphere. Waitress was friendly and helped us a lot. I am not familiar with Indian food but she made us feel welcome. Liked the choice of rice or naan with curry dishes, get the garlic naan for sure. Goat curry had lots of meat, overall very filling and decently spicy.

Their food is bomb! I ordered the butter chicken and was extremely happy with the flavors and the portion size. I split the dish with another person and we STILL had leftovers… It was massive. In fact, everyone we saw leaving the restaurant was carrying a to-go bag, so I think this is a common thing.

The food is very good but they need to maintain hygiene. I always find different dishes very tasty, especially chicken items. The always introduce this hotel to all my friends and family members. Many have given good reviews. Many like there food and service. This time I had ordered tandoori chicken and some fish moilee, all were good and lastly we had ordered alu parota. The container had cockroaches on it which say lately. We brought it to the notice of vendor, surprisingly they told oh no and went off. No word of it, I felt bad. This was the first time I had bad experience with Himalayan chimney. I suggest people to be careful and observe all that comes to your table. It’s something no body would like to.. and restaurant managers should be taking care of such things. I left it and paid n came off, but I know what customers would do In such a situation. Don’t know what we eat, People be careful.
