My Grandson and I were there Wed.night, my first time. We had BBQ Puled Pork, Texas Toast and some amazing Fried Green Beans and fries. We had more than enough to eat. Good portions. Your staff was very friendly. The price was reasonable. I will be back soon.

Just, it cannot be said enough, this place is spectacular! I wish I’d made it in sooner. Had the meat of the day, which was some sorts of burnt ends, soaked in their own juices, then instilled with some dark arts magic, causing me to completely forget how good the brisket was… Flavorful, tender, Smokey, Bold, but not pushy, like a lumberjack holding a kitten… I also had smoked Polish sausage, which was firm, juicy, with a good strong composition to it, salty and Smoky flavors, perfectly complimented by the light splashes of barbeque sauce drizzled over the sausage, and the brisket. The bottle said Kentucky bourbon, and it certainly isn’t wrong. I definitely taste Kentucky bourbon, or at least the essence of, enriching a well smoked, not too sweet sauce. I also had the foresight to grab a little cup of the spicy version, and it does not fail. The spice is a slow buildup to a very light but steady burning sensation, neither getting hotter, or cooler as long as you’re eating it.

Went there today for lunch- absolutely delicious BBQ. Smokehouse Platter was a huge serving for $8, and the quality of the meat was outstanding. My favorite was the chopped brisket. Great collection of sauces!!

I had the Smokehouse Platter, and you can’t go wrong with that as a meal. I just found out you do breakfast, too, and if the quality is as good as lunch, consider my mouth to be watering already. The bbq sauce was phenomenal, and the meats were so succulent and melted in my mouth.

Awesome little bbq place, the brisket is awesome. Try the homemade icecream, best ice cream i have ever had. They make true texan style chili (no beans). Really good food for a reasonable price. Robert (the owner) does catering as well. This place is a hidden gem of the area.

Great upstart restaurant in a location that doesn’t seem to keep places long. Here’s hoping that Robert keeps this in there. It’s definitely promising, the last time there it was standing room only (heh, the same name of the last place in there)

Can’t go wrong if you’re into real BBQ. Hard to find authentic brisket in this area, and they have it right. From the Texas Toast on the griddle to the sauce to the meat, all mouth watering authentic Texas BBQ. Specials of the day like drunken Cuban sandwich are a genius play on bbq . I will be stopping by any time I’m in the area.
