They did not disappoint me. I ordered breakfast this morning. grilled chicken omelette with mushrooms, avocado and spinach. I asked to not include cheese and they did not add cheese which was great. I asked for ketchup with my home fries and they put it on the home fries instead of giving me packs of ketchup which is great because some restaurants just throw catch up packs in your bag ( which i dislike) instead of putting it on your home fries. I ordered a side of grits ( they were not too stiff and not too “soupy”) and the platter came with wheat toast. food was good. it was delivered with grubhub and i have no complaints!. this will be my go-to diner when I want to order breakfast from home 🙂 oh the toast was not toasted too hard or too soft it was perfect!. excuse the quality of my camera lol.

Went here on 7/13/2023 with a friend… ordered buffalo wings.. when the wings arrive they look nice hot and fresh when I bit into one of the chicken wings the inside was freezing, cold and under cooked. The wings was sent back and instead of making a new fresh order the same wings was placed in the microwave warmed up and served to us again. They didn’t even re add the buffalo sauce. I then ordered a burger which was bland and tasteless frozen patty stale over cooked bun with lettuce that had to be there over a week.. very nasty bad first Impression don’t go here

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star!! I ordered a seafood platter thinking it was going to be actual seafood and what came to me was whats in these pictures. Those circles are supposed to be calamari! That round patty is what they called a crab cake!! All frozen packaged food! Spent $50 and couldn’t eat any of it!! So upset i could cry. Wasted money because it was through uber eats. Impossible to get my money back. This place should be shut down! And the welted lettuce was such a great addition. Shame on the people running this place. Thieves!

Ample parking to the side of the street dedicated for the place. I love the decor outside. When we got there the place is almost full and we are greated by lovely staff, The place is small inside all corners has set up tables. The price is good, the serving is big for the cheap price. I will definely comeback here whenever we have chance to visit NJ.

I wanted to give this place a try for lunch. I called in my order and ordered the supreme vegetable burger with fries. When I arrived I had a little trouble finding their parking and be careful as its a busy street. The diner is a cute, small place located on a busy street. I walked in and was greeted and told the lady my name. She gave me my food, I paid and left. When I got in I dug in and the sandwich was just ok and the I wasted the fries because it wasn’t good. I had an ok experience.

This was such a nice place for a late dinner! It was pretty quiet when we went, service was quick and the food was delicious! Could hear the staff talking about what decorations to put up and get for the holidays which was really nice seeing them so happy and involved with the look of everything

Clean dinner, decent food, wide variety in their menu and good service. And opens 24 hrs! Went there with my kids after movie theater last night and were full and satisfied. Oh and I lived their fish tank! Check it out if you visit Hawthorne.

I wanted to love this place, it’s cute and close to my home. I’ve always been disappointed though. The menu is great but food is always bland. I’ve tried it 3x in person, service is hit or miss but polite. Today was through GrubHub and the last time. I ordered fried tilapia with mashed potatoes and corn and it came with a soup, I specified French onion. I got bland chicken noodle soup with 2 plain thin fried strips of fish and soggy fries for $21. Never again.

Hot food needs to be hotter. How is it possible that steam comes off the plate and yet food is room temperature? Perfect example, the chicken margherita has steam coming off of the plate but the mozzarella, chicken, linguini, pesto and roasted pepper are room temperature. This has also been the case with omelets, home fries and corn beef hash. Most of the wait staff are great. However, when I asked to bring my dinner back to the kitchen because it wasn’t hot enough, I was told the food was hot and it wasn’t brought to the kitchen to make it hotter. We now only go either Thursday or Friday nights because Michelle is the best and makes sure our food is piping hot and steamy.
