This would be on par with pho brothers although they put far less meat and noodles for a small. I do understand it’s 7$ for the small combo not really cheap considering ingredients are not that expensive. The broth color is not even close to clear and the taste is heavy chicken flavor. Probably won’t be back it’s too bad very close to home.

Gotta say, this is a pleasant low-key restaurant with top-notch pho. The broth is light and doesn’t contain a lot of fat. It is on the sweeter side of the palette which I am biased to. Compared to other restaurants, I hold Han River’s broth with high regard. I ordered the size large and for the price it was a VERY generous serving. Great broth with hearty portions of the meat. Will definitely come here again.

It’s okay. I was really excited to try it, and was a bit disappointed with mediocre results. I had the Han River Special. The veggies were nice, crunchy and fresh. The pork chops and the shrimp were…well… Dry. Like really dry.

The door says we close at 9:00PM. The website says we close at 9:00PM. Got there at 6:40PM and the lady says “we closed now, we closed early “. Great…..you have the opportunity to do that as an owner. Welcome to 2022. Public media is big. I looked up your restaurant to see when you closed. I drove up there to buy your food. At least the teriyaki place got my $$. You guys never will.

WORST Vietnamese restaurant ever!!! ordered 3 grilled pork skewer vermicelli bowls to go, pork had grilled marks but it was obviously microwaved to thaw. The vegetable qualities were terrible, bean sprouts were browning in color and portion the size of appetizer. Really??? Threw away the whole order, spent about $40 plus tips. Will never return. Surprised it has 3.9 rating, should be in 1.0 range or lower.

I don’t know where to start. The food was edible so 1 star is fair. I’m a foodie and pretty much eat Vietnamese food all the time.

The lady that greeted and served us was very friendly and helpful. Warm smile. Quick service! Portions of pho were generous however the broth was a bit on the greasy side and there wasn’t much chicken. The Thai basil was a bit over whelming on the spring rolls (4-5 basil leaves on each roll). They use the thicker noodles for the pho (which doesn’t make a big difference for me) and they do not offer the sweet chili sauce.

Food is good, but she is stingy. Small spring rolls, and little meat in pho. The owner also charged me $1.50 over the cost on the menu the last 2x and then lied about the price changing by 50 cents. Just saying update your menu so you don’t look like a cheap theif. $11 for a large….really?

This little gem is hands-down my family’s favorite pho place. We often place a pickup order, as the atmosphere can be a touch less than what we like to dine in usually. We bring all the stuff home and make it ourselves, and it tastes just like at the restaurant. We usually go about once a week or more, it’s just that good! We’ve tried other places, but nothing compares to Han River pho.

The prices have been raised from the online menu, about 50 cents more for everything, and add 50 cents for takeout order, no biggie though a sandwich doesn’t require container(s), which is what I assume it is for. The bahn mi sandwich was pretty good, though light on chicken. Take out order was ready in under 5 minutes.
