For a fast food burger place, Habit Burger is pretty good! I liked that they offered a condiment bar, which included jalapeño peppers, banana peppers and vinegar and other sauces. The onion rings were nice and crunchy and the fries were crispy and flavorful. I liked the variety of fountain drinks as well. I will definitely check them out again in my own city.

Always love The Habit. Came to enjoy the beach here in monterey but quick bit to eat with the family after a good long drive. But kids never been here so have to put them on. Food was always good here. I think they have the nest onion rings here at this location than any other one I have been to. Enjoyed the spot and food kids also loved it.

It’s pretty good. My German friend liked the single charburger more than the In-N-Out cheeseburger, which I’d have to agree with. The meat tastes a bit better at The Habit. I really like their range of selections on the menu, as well as the fact that they offer two lemonades and two teas in addition to their soda fountain. The condiment selection is also pretty freakin thorough.

Manager was speaking very low and couldn’t understand her. Had to keep asking her to repeat herself due to her voice being low, and she got irritated. The manager even took our order wrong despite explaining everything to her correctly. Was missing certain food. Patties on the double char definitely remind me of Mcdonald cheese burger. The patties were so thin that I did not notice the second patties. Definitely, the habit burger in Sand City has gone cheap.

The burgers are delicious here. Other local California staples will have their die hard fans but this place is absolutely worth checking out. The Hawaiian burgers are a lot of fun and still tasty. You can be a picky eater and still find what you would expect from a quick service burger restaurant. If you like being adventurous they have sides, shakes, and sandwiches with some uncommon flavors as well.

It’s probably the saddest habit burger I ever had. Quality of taste was met, but the patty thickness was a joke. I feel like I’m eating Mcdonald cheese burger patties. The double char definitely feels like a double cheese burger. I had other habit burgers, and the patties were definitely bigger. If inflation is the excuse, Pls do not raise the price of this once delicious burger.

While the burgers are very tasty, for my money, the best item on the menu is the deep fried green beans. AWESOME! A close second is the fries. The garlic fries, that is. What makes them different is the garlic sauce. The flavor is distributed over the fries, not just stuck on in a few places or in clumps. Again, AWESOME! The vegetables on the burger were crisp and fresh, the meat, well seasoned, the cheese, typical, the bun, adequate, but fresh end soft.

These are among the best burgers I’ve ever had. In three visits so far I’ve had the Portabella Char, the Santa Barbara Char and a double char w/ch. add bacon, regular fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings and the fried green beans. It was all really fresh good and delicious and I’ll be back to try more items on the menu. I guess what I’m saying and pardon the pun but it really can become a habit to go to Habit Burger.
