I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this location and I usually have a no complaints. After the employee gave us our order we discovered it was wrong at the counter and they attempted to correct it. My shake had been sitting out the entire time so it was pretty soft. After getting home and checking our food we noticed one of the burgers was not well done,2 were missing the avocado we paid for, and my beef patty was so tiny and was not the double I had ordered.

The food is usually pretty good here, a step up from other fast food restaurants. But I must say for the past 6-12 months they get our order wrong every time. A family member is allergic to mayonnaise… like badly allergic… can’t breathe, chokes and vomits. So repeatedly they miss this. After throwing away this person’s sandwich multiple times after driving home with our food, we went inside the other night to try our luck. No, we still got mayonnaise! And the fries were lukewarm. They promptly re-made those items…. which caused us to eat separately… and I got hot French fries after I finished my burger. Not my preferred way of eating my burger combos. We will likely never go back.

I’m starting to get sick of this place. We love their food but they are notorious for forgetting something EVERY TIME! If it’s not the ranch that I pay extra for because they hardly put any in the containers so I have to order extra, it’s my side, if it’s not my side, it’s something else. Sick of paying for stuff and not getting it. It’s not hard to check a bag and make sure everything is in there before you hand it to the customer

First time trying this place. I’ve been asked to compare it to Whataburger and as a Texan I cannot betray my Whataburger but u go admit that I like it as much as Whataburger. The burger I got was the Charburger and added avocado. I loved that the burger already included GRILLED onions!! I’m not a great fan of the raw onions but grilled onions??!? You bet! I give my burger a 10/10 and will be ordering something new in the future.

This joint used to be more costly than In-N-Out, but if you order the family deals online it’s a come-up. I’ll take it any day over the Innie-Outtie so I don’t get money mugged over them constantly raising prices and what seems to be them reducing the damn meat patty size. I’ve been converted.
