I ordered via the mobile app on Sunday 8/13 with a confirmed pick up time of 614 pm. I arrived to complete chaos at the store. Long short the manager was hiding in the back of the store while myself and probably 25 other customers waited an extra 30-60 minutes for our orders. Finally I gave up and left after they promised to credit me back for my inconvenience. Still no refund. My family has been burned by Habit Burger too many times we are never spending another dime at this chain again. BUYER BEWARE!

Good service, good food. Their burgers are a par with In-N-Out – maybe even better. They offer greater variety though, including chicken. It gets extremely busy here, but the wait is never as long as you think it’s going to be. Outdoor seating area with heat lamps. It’s sometimes difficult to find an indoor table.

Good every single time. This place was almost near capacity, but wasn’t very loud. You’ll often get a bunch of e-biker kids hanging out, but they seem respectful. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is a little expensive, but you definitely receive the best quality.

Ordered through door dash for delivery. They didn’t include the condiments I requested, swamped the burger in ketchup and mustard and left the burger raw. Didn’t have time to deal with it as we were leaving to head to the airport. Definitely do not recommend.

My son rode his bike after work to get dinner for himself and once he arrived home he realized he didn’t get what he ordered. It was then too late for him to ride back as it was already dark. There is no way to contact a store or store manager and their customer service team is junk. They too are frustrated that you can’t call the store to resolve your problem. Why is that?
