I ordered online for take-out on a Thursday evening. I arrived at the time specified, and my order was not ready yet. I stood at the counter for about 1 minute before being helped. About 5 minutes later, my order was ready. I arrive home within a few minutes to find…cold buns on my burger. Fries were really brown and appeared to be rather old, not fresh at all. Then, the Caesar side salad was completely drenched in dressing. I would have assumed that everything would be hot and fresh since I had to wait a bit for my order to be ready. I am very disappointed in the quality of my order since it costs quite a bit for 3 orders of burgers, fries, and side salads. I visited the La Mirada location a few days prior and did not have the same outcome. Service at that location was great, and the food was hot and fresh. All of that on a busy Saturday night. UPDATE: Management did reach out. I will be giving this location another try soon!

I used to come to this habit a while ago and the workers used to be very rude… As of recently there has been a huge turnaround in the cleanliness of the store and the attitudes of the workers! Will definitely be coming more often now! Great work!

Great competition to IN-N-OUT. I would say it tastes similar but has more choice and variety which comes at a somewhat higher costs. I love the sweet potato fries. The onion rings are also great. If you ask they give you half-half of two choices of sides.

I love this wonderful burger restaurant in the Whittwood Mall where I used to live at Ravello and come with the community group from Progressive Resources back in the old days. I enjoy the chicken club sandwich combo meal the best.

I arrived 2 minutes after my “freshly made order” was ready, and live 5 minutes away. The roasted cauliflower was stone cold by the time I got it open. Also, they seem to have given me a completely different burger than the one I ordered, and it was about on par with a Whopper for flavor/ingredient quality. 2 stars because the pumpkin shake was delicious.

My comments/review has nothing to do with the food but the people who prepare it. I swear this location can never get my order right. The common scenario is when I ask for no mayo- I always get mayo and lots of it. As frustrating as it is, I love The Habit and I always hope they get it right. In the past when I politely note that my order is wrong, I get attitude as the typical response.

we had a pretty bad ‘take out’ experience when we visited. we got our order to go and stepped outside to grab a bite of one of the french fries but they mixed it up and put green beans. we had to go back inside and wait 3+ minutes for that to be replaced. we got to our car and drove about a block or two away when we opened our ‘santa barbara’ salad container and it was the incorrect lettuce, small portion and just messy looking. we had to make a U turn and come back. the young ladies at the counter recognized us coming back inside and gave us attitude and made faces about our complaint. i don’t think i’ll be returning to this location because you could tell they did not care at all about their errors.

My girlfriend went and placed and order they charged us for a complete extra meal we didn’t even order. We didn’t receive the drink and fries and there was and extra burger. We returned the burger and still wouldn’t refund us for the combo only for the burger. For a combo we didn’t even place. (How can you return items you never received) you would think the manager would be more professional.
