[The teriyaki burger is terrible.] Service is good but burger tastes bad. I ordered a teriyaki char, which has lettuce, tomato, patty, pickles, grilled onion, and grilled pineapple inside. However, the soggy bread and the teriyaki sauce are the Most terrible parts. My burger was dripping when I took it out of the paper bag. It just tastes so disgusting. I don not recommend this flavor. I think the original char burger might be better bc their patty was actually quite good! The dinning environment is comfortable and clean. Anyway, just order anything besides the teriyaki burger!

I ordered the tuna ahi sandwich with wheat bread. Fair warning, if you do order the tuna it will take at least 10 minutes longer to make than any other order. The sandwich along with a side of fries came to just under $15. The sandwich tasted fine, but could have benefited greatly from a solid leaf of lettuce as opposed to a few shredded scraps. A tomato slice would have been amazing.

I will NOT be making a habit of coming here, for sure! The SLOWEST service ever for a fast food joint! Nearly an hour from making our order to it being ready. AND they were out of chicken too!!! Would have been much quicker to go elsewhere!!!!

I ordered a char burger didn’t have the sauce. I asked no tomatoes or pickles the burger had tomatoes and pickles. didn’t toasted the bun either. Cashier lady don’t know what she doing and for the OWNER instead of wasting your money on all your lazy employees that are just sitting around not doing nothing . Come to your restaurant and start firing.

Great food, but horrendous service on a good day. I’m usually able to deal with it but today was horrible. After 10 minutes of waiting in line as the workers were all in view doing other stuff, being told they would be with us shortly. After 5 more minutes of waiting they come up and say it’s going to take awhile for them to take our orders and then atleast 20 minutes for the food to come out.

What a joke, this restaurant is a disgrace. They opened 20 minutes late, and I stupidly waited anyway. Once I finally was able to place an order, I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes now, still waiting for my food. All together I’ll have wasted an hour of my day just trying to get a burger. Not sensible for a busy student. I will not be back.
