I bought the steak burgers. With teriyaki. And the meat was raw. Crazy how good you guys used to be. Now i can’t see myself ordering from this place. I’m sure nothing here is fresh but you guys can’t even serve cooked meat. I remember when restaurants used to be shut down for these kind of health safety violations. What a joke.

By far one of the best fast food joints I have been to in a long time. Had exceptional service from a lady Selena at the front whom took the time while my 4yr old was trying to explain what he wanted. We were here around noon and even though they were busy, inside and out they got us our amazing food within 10 minutes of ordering. We will definitely be back!

In theory I really like their stuff but it seams like they repeatedly undercook their meat, which is dangerous. I can recommend the Netflix docu “Poisoned” that is exactly about this topic- undercooked meat. I recently had a Tuna Burger which I specifically ordered well done. I received it medium cooked. Why is no one from the management enforcing existing guidelines?

Very disappointing, my last burger came barely warm and the bun wasn’t toasted. Wad of greasy dough, but I was starving, so I ate it. Manager gave me a card for a free burger, tonight the 1st burger bun was toasted to the point of being burnt. Mind you, I said nothing about my first trip. They made me another burger, in their haste to get me my food, they didn’t toast the bun, so same as before. Have no idea what happened, but it was never like this. I came here because I was tired of the burgers at other fast food restaurants. You have a training issue that needs to be addressed on your evening shift. The fries were hot.

Was traveling, stopped because I wanted a nice burger. Went to the bathroom, soap dispenser didn’t work and was empty. Nice to know the cooks aren’t washing their hands after the use the toilet. Tons of flies at my table, and had to listen to the manager talk endlessly about their stores retention/turn over rates to a new hires….. Wasn’t nice to know, turn over is that bad too…. Makes sense… 🙁
