My order was messed up, I ordered a teriyaki char w pineapple and asked for my onions and pickles to be taken out. I got no pineapple and plent of onions .. listening isn’t hard neither is following instructions. On top of their incompetence, soft undercooked fries .. Thank your employees on the shift of 7/23 around 2pm for this 1 star. Get better staff.

Went thru the drive through… order wrong when I got home. Drove back to get it fixed, no apologies, no sincere conversation and no management wanted to talk to me. After eating my food less than two hours later I was throwing up and diarrhea for two days. Either the food poisoning or someone tampered with my food. Will never eat here again and will tell everyone what happened.
