Food isn’t bad but the service is terrible. Never received a text that my order was ready after using the kiosk and had to go to the counter to follow up. I also saw this happening to others. The food takes a very long time to come out. The floors and tables are also filthy and need to be cleaned and swept.

Drive thru is super busy. It’s full of people that know that’s who gets helped first. The lobby had no seating left. Maybe because it takes 30 plus minutes to get served. Serving people out of order. For example the couple that came in after us got it to go and got their food before us. We are also a couple. Should we have gotten ours to go too? Never coming back. Patio sucks. No shade and you’re right next to the drive thru. You know so you can watch how many people they serve before you. The people leaving the dining area are trapped in their spaces because of the wrap around drive thru

The fries here are either soggy or overcooked, but they still taste decent. The burgers are great. Service takes a very long time for your order to be ready. Overall, the inside of the place is clean and it’s nice to hangout with friends inside.

I love habit burger!! We have been going to this one since it opened but today we experienced terrible service through the drive through. They were extremely slow and not organized at all. They made people wait and did a big batch of the orders instead of doing them as they come, our order was cold, our drinks melted. And food was burnt

Brand new shopping center where every store and restaurant that open are very busy, so I expected to wait for my food. I ordered curbside, but there was not even a regular parking spot to be had, so I parked as close as I could, and went inside. The entire operation is in customer view, and there was no doubt that every employee was working hard to fulfill every order. The manager was very in tune with making sure all the details were covered. Very friendly staff. My order was perfect, and everything was hot and fresh. I wouldn’t recommend going here just yet if your expectation is to have your food within minutes, but that is, in no way, a reflection of the work being put in by the staff. BIG thumbs up, Habit Grill. Happy to have you in the neighborhood!

Welcome to our neighborhood! I am so glad we had a good experience compared to some of these other reviews. The girl at the counter was sweet and friendly. The food was great! We have never had a bad experience at any of their locations and I hope they keep it up at this new location. We are 100% customer service snobs and will not go to places that don’t align. Spent $45 dollars for them to give me a raw chicken sandwich. Glad I saw this before I took a bite. I’m assuming none of the people working here have food handlers licenses. I will never come back!!
