I thought this was just another fast food joint and man, was I wrong! I ordered the Santa Barbara burger and it reminded me of traditional flame broiled burgers from a staple like Lenny’s or 5 Guys but with a better price. Alex was awesome with his recommendations and did not disappoint. Will definitely be back!

Well-made hearty food with less salt. I really enjoyed my Ahi Tuna Sandwich and Sweet Potato Fries. The tuna was pink in the center and not overly dry. The bun was soft and the condiments were simple fresh ingredients. Their Hamburgers are much the same—fresh, meaty, simple and not overly salty. Wish the price point was a bit less.

This location is clean and quiet in the weekday evenings, which I like. They have also added self-service order stations, which makes it nice and smooth process. The staff at the kitchen are not wearing masks, which is noteworthy for some. Other than that, it is what you would expect it to be, a chain grill restaurant. I guess, I could add that it was quite a bit of a wait, at a quiet restaurant, with a simple order. ♂️

Clean and quite place, employee seems new, forget dip sauce, however I really don’t care that sauce, but the waiter or the supervisor? keep coming to ask me “do you need dip sauce?” “I can bring it to you” “are you sure you don’t want it?”. I mean, I just want to watch some video and enjoy my lunch, the food is good, but they need spend more time train their employee and let them wear their mask.

Food here was delivered so I can not speak for in-house dining. What was delivered was awful. Missing 1/2 the order. Raw red burger instead of ordered well done, a stale crumbly bun and over salted and old tasting fries and green beans. Either lack of help or trying to save on food costs. Not anywhere near the good previous experiences in Tempe at the Guadalupe location. Never try to give a bad review but this was beyond awful. Yuck.
