About a month ago I had my first experience at the Habit Burger Grill where I enjoy a tasty burger that was cooked to perfection! However my order was not prepared properly as I order onion rings as a side and instead got fries. Today I went back for a second visit and had the steak sandwich which was again cooked to perfection and was, YUMMY! Again like my first visit I order onion rings as a side and today received an entirely different side of fries that were unlike the fries I had on my first visit. Overall both times I have visited and tried different item the main course is on point and that is a 5-star review. However, since the staff can’t get the order correct both visits my overall review is 3-stars as I have now wasted about $10 on extras I order and did not receive. Due to the incorrect service you’ll be considered last on my options when I want launch away from the office.

This experience was far better than the other local I went to. I let the gentleman know that my prior experience was flat out awful, even showed him pictures of my food from the previous time and that I came back (to a different location) with a free voucher from Management to give them 1 more shot. He thanked me for giving them another try and told me to come back to this location any time. He promised this experience at his location will be much better….. and guess what, it was. Burger was hot and fresh, customer service was great and the food not only presented better, but it tasted better too! Kudos to the Promenade Habit Grill Team

Great little burger place. Wasn’t what I expected but it wasn’t a let down either. I had the Santa Barbara Char and onion rings. Both were really good. The onion rings were crisp and had great flavor. The burger came on Texas Toast bread and was flavorful. It was a little sloppy, but in my eyes, the sloppier the burger the better. I only gave 4 stars because it could’ve been cleaner, it wasn’t at all disgusting but it could’ve been cleaner. Overall it’s great. It’s not a gourmet burger place, just a fast food burger place, but I would definitely come back if I’m in town again.

Waited 50 minutes for 2 burgers and fries and when asked how much longer it would take they couldn’t give me an answer. Only modestly busy but unreasonable wait time. Staff was nice but the refund process is a pain.

First time in, customer service was great. I was greeted right away for a team member to take my order. I got the Santa Char Burger #6. It was very tasty and hit the spot. The food took only 5 minutes to prepare. Great Job Staff!

The food at habit burger is really good. Unfortunately, the not friendly service and 25 wait time for two burgers is a bit of a let down. We also requested no tomatoes and it was still put on the burger. Maybe it was just a bad day.

The food was good. Went with the Philly, the sauce they use wasnt what i was expecting. Pretty pricey. Picked up the order to go on lunch break. Good menu selection.

Left a line of us standing in line being ignored for 15 minutes at the register. Apparently it’s more convenient for staff to keep ticket times down on paper by stranding customers at the register without taking their order. Terrible service.
