I joined a Pickleball group to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Each of us ordered our own meal. I had the charburger w/ cheese and fries. The charburger is one of Habit’s signature dishes and it was very good. The fries are nothing special and I probably won’t get them next time.

Service was adequate food was not good. Tuna was stiff and dry, green beans were soggy and undercooked, the new spicy sauce on the green beans was not good at all. If this is the normal quality, it’s not good especially since there are allot of specialty burger joints that aren’t as pricey but way above their standards.

This location is terrible. I’ve been to the one by pv mall a lot, and they’re always fantastic, but this one had horrible customer service. They overcharged for my companion’s meal. The sandwich I ordered was completely different from the last time, the cheese was gross, and they also didn’t give me onions on it when I asked for them. When we told them the sandwich was bad, they offered another one instead of a refund. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The Charburger is good! The fries are fresh and the jalapenos on the side are a plus. However, this is the THIRD time I have stopped here for lunch and the store has a serious thermostat problem! The first time was in the summer and the A/C obviously went out. I can understand that. However now on two other occasions including today, the Air conditioner is running blasting out ice-cold air in the dining room and the temperature is 55 degrees outside! It was colder IN the restaurant than outdoors (there is no outdoor seating). I can understand this happening on one occasion but this seems to be a repeating problem! I would rather eat in a comfortable restaurant than freeze. I don’t know if it is worth returning. There are plenty of other options in Phoenix.

Awful Awful Awful . This was my 1st time visiting this place, I’ve seen them, but never been. I definitely wasn’t missing nothing unless it’s just the location I chose. My bun was flat and burnt, see pics! I ordered a BBQ Bacon (crumbles, NOT strips )Burger with cheese, lettuce and onions… got home, NO cheese ! For $10 I expected more, not quantity but visually. Let’s just say, I won’t be going back to Habit Burger Grill
