Great location near to the canyon and several shops. Seems to be a relatively new location; unfortunately, I didn’t ask. Regardless of the location, the char char is the offer here. The order took nearly 10 minutes to fulfill, which is quite long. I suppose the main pull for the grill is the drive-thru, as this was nearly constant during our visit.

Be mindful when ordering at this location. Employees are not trained to repeat your order back to you prior to asking for payment and if they screw up and over charge you, the business will not issue a refund to your method of payment. You will essentially be unable to get your money returned. Always ask staff to repeat the order to ensure it is correct, because once they run your card, they will not fix it. It is unfortunate that a business that depends on reputation in a small town would conduct the practice of theft from customers and refuse to resolve complaints. We will not be spending money here again and have advised our friends and family about their business practices.

The drive thru took a while and there wasn’t anyone else in line but the food was very hot and fresh. So just be prepared to wait for fresh food. Overall great service and food. I was not impressed with the fry sauce, it’s pretty unique, a little too mustard for me but I don’t like mustard so take that into account

The food is alright, I definitely think they should cook childrens hamburgers a little longer. My son wouldn’t eat it after I ripped apart to see if it was cooked. My daughters was also really pink. The shakes are amazing! The tempura green beans are amazing also. I’m not one to go up and complain, just maybe for future references they should be cooked a little longer. Kids are so picky as it is.

These guys are the next big thing when it comes to burgers in twin. The burgers are juicy and delicious, made right in front of you, and cooked to perfection. When it comes to price for your portion, you definitely will leave with a full stomach and satisfied. But they don’t stop at just Hamburgers, they also have chicken sandwiches and other options to choose from. I would put them in the same conversation as fat burger and in&out.

Ordered my food through the drive through the employee repeated it I said yes when I got to the window she repeated an entire different order told her that wasn’t mine then she proceeded to say that someone lied to her then and was mad. The manager then showed up retook my order they gave me my burger told me to wait up front for my fries and drink. Waiting 20 minutes then had to go inside. Apparently they forgot about me. Worst service I’ve seen and normally habit is a good place. I’ve just never had this horrible service. I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon which is sad since I liked their food. Overall very good. Service was fast and attentive. One star docked as I ordered the Jalapeno special of the month. I certainly expected it to be Jalapeno-ish, but after my third bite I disassembled my sandwich to discover just under twenty Jalapeno rings in the remaining half of my burger. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing, and a burger that contains an estimated 40 slices of Jalapeno needs to be rebranded as a “Jalapeno with burger” special.
