The food is pretty good and consistent. The french fries are usually really good, although they’re having a couple times when they’re less than ideal. I also had a piece of plastic from a bag of lettuce and one of my gyros, but that seemed to be an isolated event and it hasn’t happened again.

Love this gyro shop specifically over others in the city. Unlike similar franchise gyro shops the food here is cooked to order. Fries are cut and fried in house. And the desserts are always great. Service is super friendly. I only tipped a dollar just to be kind and stepped out to my vehicle while waiting for food to be cooked. The clerk brought the food to my car! It’s small gestures like this that make me come back time and time again.

I moved to Florida in 2019. Little did I know how spoiled I was having The Gyro Shoppe. I have yet in my few years of living in Florida had a Gyro live up to my now unexpected standards that The Gyro Shoppe has set. We plan to come next summer just to let my GF try this place! 100% don’t skip on this place!

Very solid gyro. Lots of meat. I really liked the Greek fries. Feta cheese was really good. Didn’t really like the location, kind of small inside seating area. I would definitely come back.

The food quality has taken a dive over the years, they used to have a decent gyro/fries combo. Last time we went there they no longer have the meat rotating and cut to order, instead they keep it on a container dry and tasteless. The fries were really bad, the oil obviously needed to be changed a week ago. All in all skip, much better options out there, what a shame, we enjoyed this place since we moved in the area.

I ordered the #10 and am very happy with the gyro I had! The fries seemed a well-done to me so I don’t know if that was a fluke but I probably wouldn’t get them again. But I will definitely be getting the gyro again.
