The Groovy Smoothie is located in downtown Erwin where we create our own smoothies and freshly make wraps, salads and trending foods like avocado toast and smoothie bowls, all made to order with a variety of flavors, toppings and healthy supplements. The nostalgia of our restaurant is taken back to the 70’s and 80’s, a groovier time. We incorporate fun smoothie names like The Beet’les, The Almond Brothers and Sonny and Cherry. You have the option to window/bar seating, with a great view of Main Street, perfect for reading or studying, or the choice of chilling in our lounge area where you can watch tv and have access to free WiFi, all while enjoying an item or two from our menu. Such a great healthy option in Erwin. It’s the only place you can go to to get something that doesn’t consist of burgers and fries. Everything on the menu is delicious and makes you want to come back for more. I personally recommend the Kale-so smoothie and tuna wrap!

Our 2nd visit to the Groovy Smoothie today. Both visits we were immediately greeted with a smile and friendly, helpful girl with a sweet personality! Great food. Atmosphere is awesome. Unique menu. First visit we had smoothies and wraps, today was special toast with Hazelnut spread, strawberries and bananas…just hit the spot!!!A gem in a small town. Love this place..will be back!!! I come to this place at least once a week and the people are always so nice. Its one of the nicer things us younger people need in this town. The style is amazing. I saw a receiw were someone was saying that the fish up front had nasty water and we caughing stuff up. WHAT? I know for a fact that those fosh are taken care of. And they even had really cute names that I cant remember right now, but i know i liked them. I highly recommend going there. Its the perfect place for hanging out with friends, home work, ect. The prices are totally worth it. And i also highly recommended the Elvis smoothie XD

We were helping a COVID positive friend by running errands for him and decided to get him and us some smoothies and support small business and check out this new place. Used the order online/curbside pickup feature. They get a star for the groovy decorations. Just be aware that no one inside were wearing masks, not even the kitchen staff. And the poor goldfish by the register in the tiny fishbowl were gasping in cloudy water. Goldfish need a tank with filtration, and a pond when they get big. For those reasons, they are not groovy and would not recommend if having basic consideration for others and wearing masks is important to you.
