The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great! Came for lunch while looking for a good pizza place and this place did not disappoint. The only negative would be staff. The waitress was super nice but looks like she’s the hostess, bartenders and waitress among other things. Poor girl was all over the place. Other than that, no complaints great place.

Food is okay- nothing crazy. It was expensive as hell for no reason. I’m convinced the only thing they price everything so high to pay for their electric bill. Fries are trash!!!! But my server was so nice! He was the only positive

I had a great meal (Hawaiian Pizza and the Whiskey Cake) and super excellent service. If back in the area I will go back.

Terrible service and rude staff. Told us 15 min wait. We walked 10 min from hotel and when we got there it was 20 min wait. 25 min later checked with the hostess (Summer) and she said would still be another 30 min wait. It was 11 pm at this point and we had 3 kids under 10 with us. Asked for the manager Miguel and she was just rude and incoherent acting. Half the restaurant tables were empty, and she said the kitchen was “running behind”. Told her it would have been nice to know that 45 min earlier. Food didn’t look that good anyways and all of the people leaving said they waited too long and food was poor. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I used to love Boston’s. This isn’t Boston’s anymore. You’ve got all kinds of signs about how the world’s understaffed and be nice to our employees or we will refuse service, the thing that’s conspicuously missing is an actual decent paycheck for your employee. If you paid them they would show up. Yes, there are new realities in the world, and one of them is that employers with low wage jobs who really on the customer to support them through tips need to reassess their compensation plans because it simply isn’t enough, and the labor market is telling you so. Hopefully Bostons won’t go the way of many restaurants that have closed because of covid, but if they keep up this kind of behavior, they will get exactly what they deserve.

This place is ok. The place to try with live music is Round Table downtown Dallas.
