I stopped here because the Essen Room was closed because it was a Monday. What great fate!

The Good Guys NY Pizza Kitchen is a relatively new Italian restaurant in the same space as the previous Italian restaurant.

The Good Guy is a decent Italian and Pizza restaurant in the area for a quick bit. Order to deliver to your table to enjoy if you want to dine in. My Philly cheesestake was a little salty, not enough onions, and no peppers.

Some of the best pizza I’ve had. Subs were great too. Salads are always fresh and overflowing. Great place to eat. Clean and friendly staff too!

Was headed to The Essen Room, but decided to try this new neighborhood gem and was not disappointed! They had me @ crinkle cut fries! The cheesesteak roll was toasted to perfection and the flavor of the 100% ribeye was DELICIOUS! My dining companion opted for the pizza and said the best she has had in a very long time. The crust was thin and allowed one to really connect with their toppings of choice! They have got new customers, we will be back!

First off the pizza is off the charts!! Nice flop! Perfect crunch! Just the right amount of sauce and cheese! And all that combined is just the perfect slice of pizza! The vibe in this place is out of a movie! Beautiful vintage vibe with a sleek modern touch. And the staff is super nice! Definitely will be back!

Not a good experience at all. I only went because someone said it was good. Not! The sandwich had no meat, no mayo, and chunky tomatoes large enough to fry and tons of lettuce. We manage to salvage some from the trash to present a picture. Not happy at all. The pizza gets a 1 as well. For the cost I expected better.

I’ve been in Baltimore pretty much my entire life. Been searching for somewhere that knows a good slice. Every once in a while I would find a decent slice but I recently got a recommendation to check out the good guys and….. *stands up and claps* the crust was delicious the sauce was thin and not sweet, the cheese was premium grade and the proper proportions, the roni cups… Got me dancin. Will 100% order from here again.

The lady at the cashier is so rude. Do you sell by the slice. Lady if I’m asking is because I never been there. She said there is the menu. Pizza is made with very cheap ingredients. Not original. I dont understand how the garlic knots had more flavor than the pizza. Never coming here.

I tried the cheese steak sub. It was tasty, but they didn’t have any hot peppers to spice it up a bit. They use banana peppers. Also they put shredded lettuce and not leaf lettuce, and the sub roll is a lot of bread. You order at the counter and they bring the food to the table.
