SERIOUS BURGERS!! I’ve been craving a great burger for weeks and just happened to be passing through and saw The Good Burger Shack on GPS at the next exit… almost gave up because it is not where commie Google says it is!! Finally found it and was definitely worth the hassle.. ONE OF THE BEST BURGERS IVE EVER HAD!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I’ve been coming to the Good Burger Shack for about a year because these burgers taste like the ones in my youth. You know, the ones we used to get at mom and pop places back in the 60s and 70s that just killed it. Darrel just made a teriyaki burger for me that is easily the best burger I’ve had in 40 years. One of the best burgers and fries I’ve had in a long time! I moved here from Nashville and I wanted to try something new. First time eating here, and the wait time is ridiculous. They have no sense of urgency. Super slow staff who can’t work with a purpose. I was about to just walk out, and forget the food. I was curious what it might taste like. Fries were cold. Fire sauce I give a 3/10 the burger I give a 3/10. I won’t be back but I’m glad I tried it out.

We ordered and she was polite to tell us it would be 25 min for 1 burger. (Seemed long, but we waited). After 25 min we got our 1 burger… it wasn’t very juicy and just mediocre. Was really hoping it was worth the wait… it wasn’t. I’d go to burgerville next time since they are both expensive, but at least they are quick.

The burger was underwhelming. It was dry and didn’t have any flavor. Plus, the cheese was missing from the two CHEESEburgers that I ordered and paid for. Also, the fry sauce I purchased was missing from my bag. The fries were good, though.

I am through and through a burger lover, and it takes a lot for me to stop and think, “Dang, that’s a good burger!” The seasoning tasted great and unique compared to your average place. Same goes for the fries too. If you can afford it over a chain restaurant, a great local place to support!

Ordered burgers and fries today. Fries were terrific. Burgers were tasty, but I would’ve preferred , for the price, hand-made pattpies and not frozen, store-bought and thinner buns. But, all in all, with very few small changes, this could be my go-to burger place.
