I went in this morning for a muffin and a SMALL iced tea and was shocked that it was $12.00 as each item was $6.00. The muffin was excellent but still this snack was not worth $12.00. I am local, and used to stop there daily but the last time I stopped this summer, the same two items were a total of $11.00 and I thought that was expensive. No reason a small iced tea should be $6.00 as its $3.65 around the corner at Starbucks.

So I was still finishing my coffee and my lunch in the table and out of nowhere one of the staff members said that I need to give my to the guy next to her because they have a busy day and if I’m not consuming anything Else I had to leave, it was so embarrassing and I didn’t even had a chance to finish of course I’ll never go there again after that

The worst one to go to. Staff doesn’t speak English and they’re rude. There used to be a time when the ladies behind the counter would light up and tell you good morning, now it seems like they are dreading everyday until they get to retire.

Horrible. Picked up two sandwiches – for $50 – got home and my sandwich has a moldy tomato on it. Disgusting. Horrible.

The food is fine though certainly nothing to write home about. The prices can be somewhat eye watering for what you’re getting. Decent for a quick bite/snack on the go but certainly not a worthy destination.

The Easthampton chicken curry sandwich was incredible. The service is fast and friendly.

I like this place a lot. Every so often I have to go out to my boss’s house out in East Hampton and I go here for lunch afterwards. A big selection of sandwiches, food and drink. It’s all fresh and tasty. Prices are to be expected for the location but you do get your money’s worth. Sandwiches (even a half wrap) comes with a side of Cole slaw, green salad or pasta (one time they also offered fresh fruit salad.) Their brownies are also great- just fudgey enough to not be dense and still have a nice cocoa flavor. Staff is great as well.

Shockingly slow and terribly average…

Service is terrible here. After ordering a sandwich to go and waiting outside for twenty minutes (I had told the person I rang it up with that I was going to be outside since the cafe was crowded per COVID concerns), I checked back in and flustered staff couldnt find the sandwich. No offers to make a new one, just searching and looking confused and repeatedly asking what I had ordered. I showed the receipt (more on that below) and they confirmed that what I had been saying was correct. I asked for my money back and they seemed exasperated at having to refund me.
