Highly recommend. The chefs have unmatched kindness, creativity, and a passion for the art of sushi making. The fish itself is top tier quality, and I can’t think of better sushi in the area. I recommend the nigiri, to really get the experience of the quality of the fish itself. It is affordable, delicious, and I highly recommend putting Goblin on your must-try list. 5/5 stars earned.

Fantastic experience with fantastic flavor! We had a great dinner and the staff is so friendly we walked out saying “like I wanna be friends with them”. Definitely earned the stars they had already and definitely deserved my 5. Going to be a regular on the list.

I used to love this place, but unfortunately I have been getting rotten avocados. This by far is the worst. These rolls are for my kids. All of the 4 I ordered having significant brown spots. Incredibly disappointing.

Hidden gem!! Who knew you could get killer sushi on Gratiot?! The rice ! This is the differentiator #1. It’s warm, it’s fresh. It compliments the fish. And let’s talk about the fish…it’s the real deal. Tender. The correct temperature. The correct texture. I need more nigiri next time…bc why adulterate perfect fish with too much flair. Ambiance is adorable! The crew is friendly. Will go back in a heartbeat

Yesss! The very best in town. The exterior does not have the curb side appeal it deserves. The interior is charming and very cute, the staff is truly remarkable & the sushi is the best I’ve ever had. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!! (Crab salad & firecracker roll)

Hands-down, my favorite place to get sushi. Their quality and service is top notch! The sushi platter is the way to go and make an excellent staple for parties! The Alaskan roll is one of my favorites, along with their belly salmon with house made soy (this is available on request but usually in limited quantities so make sure to ask if available) if you’re in the mood for dessert, try the Matcha cheesecake!

This place is wonderful! The sushi is so fresh, today we got the Penguin platter as we wanted a variety of rolls. 12/10! Service is great as well! The young lady who greets you is so attentive and the sushi chefs are so nice and make such amazing rolls ! Thankyou Goblin Sushi for being a great place with exceptional food & service!!

Ideal place for a cozy / simple date. Beautiful location with a wonderful staff. The food while not a lot choose from was amazing. I loved how the those behind making these delicious rolls even made me a rice cake and my heart just melted. I am definitely coming back for more.

Ive been multiple times but one time i came back to show my wife and Joe was so happy to see me bring in a new customer that he gave us samples of salmon belly, torched ell, and a few other cuts. He was grateful to see how much we enjoyed what he was serving. You can really tell this food comes from passion. Can not recommend this place enough. Macomb location is 10/10 as well.
