We had the most amazing time and experience here! We have not met any drink or dish that we haven’t absolutely loved on the menu. Everything is filled with such flavor and love! Carlos our waiter was funny, knowledgeable, and attentive! Their kind manager brought over complimentary champagne for our Anniversary dinner! What a nice surprise! We were also so very lucky to run into the Man, the Myth, the Legend himself that night…David Burke!!! He was nice and approachable as well! The decor is so fun and interesting! We’ve never been disappointed by any David Burke experiences! soooo good! Thank you for such a memorable night!

We had a great Date Night @ The G.O.A.T. The atmosphere was great and vibrant. The service was good and the food was spectacular . It was not only good but intriguing and flavorful. The prices were actually really good. The amount of food did not disappoint. We splurged, but you can definitely do a reasonable date night and not break the bank. Just a pie and the 3 sides for 18 is all you need and that is about 40 bucks…anyhow, enjoy the photos and definitely stop by!

THE GOAT by David Burke is a unique establishment with a variety of offerings that are satisfactory. The cuisine, while not out of this world, holds its ground with decent flavors. The drinks follow suit, offering an adequate selection that meets expectations. The staff is amicable, providing a decent level of service. While it might not top the list of world-class establishments, it certainly does not fall to the level of mediocrity implied by a three-star rating. It’s a reliable spot for a casual dining experience, and its middle-of-the-road appeal might just be its strength.

I cannot say enough good things about this spot! I am a huge fan of David Burke restaurants and this certainly lived up to my expectations! I loved that it is a more casual spot, perfect for a date night or family dinner, but still holds an upscale menu and service. Their handcrafted cocktails are perfect and every item on the menu was as delicious as it was beautifully plated. I would absolutely recommend checking it out.

Ok. So 7 people dine to the tune of $400. Fine. But for that, for the reputation of being fine dining, I expected way more! I expect the dishes ordered to have exactly what they say they come with. Not to be told AFTER I order it that you don’t have pistachios for the dessert, you don’t have zucchini, etc. You are charging $38 for a seafood and it comes with risotto. I expect that. Not it to be served on a bed of canned corn. The server was lovely but super slow. Music was so very loud and we asked it to be turned down a tiny bit and nope. Overall I wouldn’t recommend or go back. It was overpriced and for the prices I expect a better level of cookery and service.

This is my 3rd David Burke restaurant to visit and each one is simply fantastic! Each having their own style with amazing food. Waygu meatballs that melt in your mouth, clothesline bacon sweet and peppery, eggplant parm that’s enough for 3 or 4 more meals, burgers, short ribs, and beautiful desserts! We will definitely be returning and trying his other restaurants…

Finally after a year (and today when I went, it was their anniversary of one year of being open), I came to this amazing place. Food was incredible, down to the baked or fried basil to break up over my pasta, to the octopus, the scallops and shrimp, down to the tiny bread sticks soaking (a pinch!) of mustard seed oil….I was so impressed! Every dish had something to talk about. The service was good and the ambiance suit the name – The Goat. We told them that the Navy Chiefs would be so proud (Navy chiefs would get this!)! We will be back as this will be our local spot! Highly recommend!!

Had a great time at the comedy night. We just love Julia Scotti and her show. The food was great, and the drinks were nice. We will definitely be back again soon.

We went during NJ Shore Restaurant Week. $40 prefix with $8 upgrade for clothesline bacon and $8 upgrade for Filet surf and turf. Food was excellent, One of the best steaks I have had in a while (cooked medium to perfection). The ice cream sliders probably should not have had the $4 upcharge, but it was very good.

New restaurant by David Burke located in the north Jersey Shore. Similar to his great menus from his other restaurants with more of an Italian flair. Pasta was cooked perfectly along with the seafood. Great brick oven pizza. Even on a busy Saturday night the service was still attentive and fast. Definitely worth it.
