We tried this restaurant on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, and it was busy! The waitress did a great job. The owner stopped and thanked us for our patience. We didn’t mind the wait. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! We will definitely go back and try other menu items. They had sold out of the creme brule, but I can’t wait to try it!

First time here. Had the Country Benedict Breakfast, and it is great. Crispy hashbrowns, two eggs, and sausage biscuits and gravey. Awesome gravey. Melody was an awesome server. The photos on here look great. I am looking forward to trying more of their menu.

Diner food with a gourmet spin to it. This is a fantastic addition to the Edwardsville/Bonner community. It’s not fast food and they have been victims of their own success since they opened with staff shortages and a kitchen that’s occasionally too small for the demand, but the ambiance is friendly and the owner usually greets everyone who comes in.

Chef inspired specials daily! They are creative and delicious. Chef Stephanie locally sources in season produce and supports local by using local meat, sauces etc. on her menu. She has a heart of gold. LOVES to host events to benefit those in need. The Glass Cat is a wonderful addition to the community.

Great new family owned and operated restaurant in Bonner Springs. Country Fried Steak was incredible with homemade gravy. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

Omg! This place is AWESOME. I’ve eaten here many’s of times and tried something new each time. Some of my favorite’s are the Double Smash burger, Cabbage Rolls,French Dip sandwich and the fried pickles. Looking forward to seeing what’s going to happen in the Fall with some new things to try!! I live almost a hour away and will still go and eat there 2-3 times a week.

My family and I have been here twice. Everything seems to be made from scratch and well seasoned. I have had the breakfast burrito and biscuits and gravy. You can tell the Chef is trained and cares about the product they put out.

It was our first time at the Glass Cat. It was so good! Biscuits and gravy were excellent. As was the Country Benedict breakfast. Probably the best biscuits I’ve ever had. Light and fluffy and big! I can’t wait to go back!

Love this Chef. I loved Nara when she had it and is now in Bonner Springs. I had the absolute best crab cake Benedict! Delicious! Worth traveling to and enjoying the menu.

Excellent and friendly staff. My husband and I frequent The Glass Cat often and are never disappointed. We love the Southern made from scratch food with a touch of fine cuisine. We can’t tell you how pleased we are to see a fine dining establishment in the area and to see the neighborhood thriving! Highly recommend!
