Customer.
Service was slow, my $45 steak was so chewy and had no flavor. The veggies were so old and had no flavor. The potatoes were cold. The server was nice, but slow. The drinks were very good ( John Madison). I ordered my second drink and it took 20 minutes to come out. By that time I had got the check. Then the white haired older guy literally asked us if he could move me off the table to the bar, because he had a big table that needed the drink. I was shocked, but said OK. I was taking out my mother and my fiancée. We moved to the bar and there were no seats. We stood up near the exit door and I finished my $15 drink and it was very awkward. If the drinks and atmosphere were not good I would give it a 1.

The atmosphere is very pleasant in this upscale restaurant in downtown Providence. The service is very attentive – Stephen was our server — and portions quite generous. One of my dining companion ordered a steaks and it was huge. I don’t eat meat and choices for a pescatarian were somewhat limited. Bottles of wine seemed reasonable. A bottle of rose was $35. Don’t recall much about the other choices

We visited on Saturday the lighting festival, and were looking for any dine in. It was the nearest place. The staff was extremely nice and courteous. There was live old music inside in a separate room. The interior is nice too. There was no kids menu, so we ordered for kids from the regular menu. The food was delicious. The waiter was very nice, you can see that they really care about their customers. And the Banana cream pie for desert was the best ever.

The place is really cute! It’s the old Local 121 location so it’s still beautiful stained glass windows etc. the bar side is sooo gorgeous. we came for the Sunday brunch.

I was always a little intimidated to come in here for lunch or dinner, so I chose brunch and was very happy I did.

Food sucked. Steak, veggies-zero flavor..crab cakes were awful. Drinks took forever, but were really good. I liked our server personally, but he didn’t really check on anything until 10 minutes after we got our food which was too late to fix. The guy at the door checked before he did. Never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks and then we were pressured to leave our table and sit at the bar instead which had no spots available. They started inserting chairs to fill in the gaps between our table and the table next to us and there was a lady who started windexing the table I sat at! Not out fault it took 20 min to get our drink at the end of our meal. Overpriced and really cramped inside. Entertainment excellent. Only 1 bathroom for all patrons. Really loud. We couldn’t hear each other’s conversation. Not sure why the rating is so high. Maybe we came on an off night. Pork chop dish was actually really good.

Celebrated my 30th birthday and the whole staff was so accommodating to some last minute additions to my reservation. The ambiance in the actual restaurant is gorgeous, it feels so sophisticated inside. The food and service were both phenomenal, Eddy is amazing and every person that assisted him with our table was so lovely. 10/10 will be going back!

Came for brunch a few days ago. Atmosphere in the lounge was great. Place looks really cool inside. Guy playing piano in the corner was a good touch. Music wasn’t too overbearing. Service was alright. Servers were prompt with drinks and orders and quite friendly. Got a bloody Mary for my hangover which hit the spot. Lobster and candied bacon really helped. Only gripe would be the ribeye and eggs I ordered. Wanted medium rare and got well done. Not the end of the world, but definitely a damper. Everyone else in my party enjoyed their meals. Short rib Benedict was definitely a hit. This place seems like a good spot for drinks and apps in the evening. Will be returning in the near future.
