Truly amazing dinner. We have a party of 9 and they made it special. Every meal was perfect. Steaks cooked exactly as we ordered and delicious sides. Our server was attentive and fun. Definitely go see them!!

We frequent fine dining restaurants on a regular basis. The Gaslight, which we dined at Saturday for the first time, will quickly surge to the top of our list. Atmosphere was great – really enjoyed the live entertainment which was a one man band who did an excellent job. Bar area is large with plenty of seating. We dined with friends and had the calamari appetizer and had ribeye steak which was delicious. Service was very good. The outside dining area was nice with a nice wall of flowers – super for photos. Its a great find. Its behind the Shell Gas Station so you have to look for it. We were happy to be able to park easily for free instead of fighting for a parking space and having to pay for parking, like with so many other restaurants in downtown Roswell area. Give it a try – you will not be disappointed!

Food is amazing!! Service is much improved from when they opened. This was our go to place for casual AMAZING food. We’re not a huge fan of the piano player or live music as it’s too loud in such a small space that we couldn’t talk to each other. That was fine – we adjusted and came early before any of their performers started but tonight when they charged us a $6 surcharge to use a credit card for a bill of $200. We won’t be back. 🙁

We all enjoyed our Food , but bar service needs to be jacket up. Waited 35 min to get our drinks. Waited hour for bottle of sparkling water, when it eventually arrived my husband opened the bottle and at least 1/3 of the bottle squirted over us. It was very comical and we all laughed but should not have happened. Bar service should have opened the bottle before sending to our table.

OMG! This is a GEM folks! Gaslight Bar & Grill is close to downtown Roswell area. If you blink, you’ll miss it. This is definitely where the locals go, if you get my drift. Ambiance is so good. Food was exceptional, each and every bite. Every bite was hot to the touch, so sit back and just take your time. Staff was superb. This is the spot, just go and try it. They did not disappoint!!!
